Excellent pizza and very friendly and attentive service. They have a wide selection for celiacs, who can also order gluten-free options. Nothing about the gluten-free option is inferior to the non-celiac options. Highly recommended pizzeria.

....thanks for the advice given to us by the WA representative of the famous dance city that is near you! The pizza we ate last night, even though it was very thin compared to how we Pesaro people are used to eating it in our area, we really liked it. Very digestible and not at all super tasty. We will come back to visit you as soon as we decide to come and do a couple of rounds of smooth dancing over there! 😉🤗

The pizza is truly delicious, with a wide variety of options. The dough is thin, crispy, and generously topped, just as a truly well-made pizza should be. I really appreciated the attention to vegan options: they aren't the usual "makeshift" pizzas like ortolana or gratinata without mozzarella, but pizzas truly designed to be tasty and satisfying, both white and red, beautiful to look at and satisfying to the palate. The vegan dessert selection is also excellent: the chocolate salami and carrot cake (served hot) were truly delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. ⭐ 5 well-deserved stars, highly recommended!

12/03/2026: A truly special experience. High-end cuisine that successfully combines Marche tradition with great creativity. Grilled meats are the main focus, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, with intense flavors and high-quality ingredients. Extremely professional yet friendly service, in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves high-end cuisine.
31/01/2026: Excellent cuisine rooted in very good traditions. It's a shame we chose the wine pairing selection. We were served some truly low-quality wine, including a Binachello del Metauro Campioli (with all due respect to the Fiorini winery), but it's the basic wine that in many restaurants is usually served as the house wine. From a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would expect a different selection, especially since with the cost of the wine pairing, we could have bought the entire bottles selected and not the glasses. Not to mention the surprise on the bill... They had given us the option of exchanging one dish on the menu for another of our choice, which we requested. We had chosen the fumo menu and asked to exchange the first course for the cacio ai 7 pepi, but the waiter told us it wasn't necessary because there would be a taste of that first course anyway, because that's what they always do. It's a shame they then added it to the bill as an extra. It's a shame... we'll be back because the food is very good, but we felt cheated and deceived.

We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend of cycling, slowly discovering the Marche region through local recipes and glasses of Verdicchio. The Hotel Marchese del Grillo created the perfect atmosphere for our holiday: no forced luxury or aesthetics for aesthetics' sake, but true beauty, made of kind, hospitable, and sincerely welcoming people. Today, true luxury is authentic human connection. I share this review with the fear that too much visibility could alter this balance, so I address future guests: don't 'pick' this flower, go there to observe it with respect. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff."
