A restaurant nestled in a charming village. The owner and staff are extremely friendly. The ancient wheat penne and homemade desserts are definitely worth a visit. Excellent.

The restaurant is neat and well kept. We had a sheep cheese dish, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, sheep cheese ravioli with walnut pesto, wild boar, mixed vegetables and berry semifreddo. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. The owner was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the local places and history. Highly recommended.

Located in a castle, the rooms are delightful and the service is splendid, where friendliness and attentiveness are the order of the day. I will return when I can and I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed 3 days, the rooms were clean, the food was not good. The owner was always there to ask if everything was ok and, above all, available for your requests for dishes, he does everything to satisfy you.

We stayed at Le Copertelle for two days. It was our first time there, and we were truly satisfied. Mr. Fausto, the owner, was truly kind and helpful. We had excellent food at the restaurant, and the village was truly charming, with quiet, easily accessible rooms. We'll definitely be back!

09/05/2026: A lucky intuition. In Staffolo, this welcoming and unpretentious restaurant offers a traditional and authentic menu. Rabbit and artichokes take center stage. The tagliatelle with artichokes and bacon is excellent. The house specialty dessert is delicious: castagnole with three sweet sauces.

04/05/2026: I ate at the outdoor tables on a sunny Sunday. The location is beautiful and well-kept, with adjacent parking. The food was good, and the service was very friendly, fast, and attentive, despite the restaurant being full. I would definitely return if I were on the road again.
03/05/2026: The set menu must be decided upon when booking, and for large groups, this might not be easy. For the appetizer and side dishes, you need to count carefully because each person gets one slice, not more. The quality isn't bad, but you won't leave feeling full.
