For years, whenever we come from Ferrara or pass through the Marche region, whenever we find a table, we stop at Stella Marina... one of the few places where you can enjoy fish that tastes like fish (without sauces, cream sauces, or anything else that obscures what you're eating). Don't change, continue to love the tradition of a cuisine that, just this week, has been recognized worldwide (the only nation in the world to have this recognition for all traditional Italian cuisine). An example whose simplicity says it all... the scottadito anchovies, perfectly cooked, without drying them out and leaving just the right amount of moisture from fresh fish... the best on the entire Adriatic coast... and we've tried them, believe us. A spectacular new addition was the homemade tiramisu... a harmonious lightness that, with its flavor, makes you imagine egg whites whipped by the chef, without adding cream... hats off 🎩. What can I say? It's a small, cozy place, but everything the food offers is truly delicious and fresh, and the staff's courtesy is second to none. Highly recommended.

When we arrived, a very welcoming and helpful lady was waiting for us. The house was fabulous, beautifully furnished, and full of things to eat, from snacks and yogurt to water and biscuits in the fridge. The breakfasts were amazing. Very close to the sea and the Scala dei Turchi. I highly recommend the Stella Marina B&B; we had a great time.
