22/09/2025: Terrible service, untrained staff. The elderly lady welcomed us throughout our stay, poor thing, she didn't even know which way she was turned or where she was... rude, we were forgotten in the pool... we wanted drinks service and had to call back several times to remind them that we were waiting for someone. We ordered a very decent bottle of wine at the modest €28 and asked for something to accompany it as an aperitif, they had nothing except a packet of stale crisps, which together with a forgotten piece of frozen pizza and a platter of cured meats that had been there for a long time, we paid separately. Be careful, the best part is the platter that arrived after 30 minutes accompanied by A PACKAGE OF CRACKERS "because at the pool we serve breadsticks, not bread"... Having said that, to enjoy a decent aperitif we decided to go into the internal room but they told us that it was not possible to have two spritzes with an aperitif because they had a wedding to attend to and were busy!! We return to the pool and while we wait for dinner at 8:00 pm, so thirsty that they wouldn't even give us water because we weren't even considered at all. I called 6 times to send someone... in the end they manage to make us two spritzes with two platters of cooked meat, total €40... at dinner time we wait for them to seat us for more than 20 minutes... they feed you with a stone thrower, 3 ravioli counted, the young waiters are rude and impolite... in short, all the staff is rude, a shame because the location is enchanting but really, really badly managed. At the end of the bill the lady had added things we had never ordered. In short, for a day at the pool with a very poor aperitif and a mediocre dinner you saved a good €220... which if someone treated with respect for an experience would willingly spend... but definitely not like this. Total incompetence

16/10/2025: Enjoy a delightful breakfast: locally sourced ingredients, always of the highest quality. Leavened goods made daily with experience, skill, and passion. A refined and joyful place. The orderliness, cleanliness, and hygiene are impeccable, as is the high-level professional service. Excellent value for money.
12/10/2025: I came across this place after seeing a Facebook post that showed off a lot of sweets, including cinnamon rolls. However, when I got to the bakery at 10:15, there was nothing left. I had a slice of cake and a cinnamon cookie (excellent). The staff was very kind and courteous. I'll try again 💪

04/11/2025: Terrible place. At 10 PM on a Saturday night, we were the only customers. We understood why when the terrible pizza arrived and when, going to the bathroom, we noticed the terrible hygiene and cleanliness. Absolutely not recommended; they don't even have a debit card!
14/09/2025: They recently changed management and we didn't know it. Takeaway. We didn't like it. Undercooked. We won't be back.

20/09/2025: Excellent supermarket for quality, prices, and the kindness of the staff, who are always available and have become almost friends.
I have one complaint, however: the parking lot, the signage on the ground, and the signs are invisible and very dark in the evening after sunset. I wish these aspects were fixed.

26/08/2025: The cashier is always kind. What I don't like is the security guard checking on people who are just there to shop. Next time, I'll give him my business card... So he can cut it out and go bust someone else's ass.
It's really annoying to be there with him on your back... Anyone who's honest and goes shopping there wants some peace and quiet, right? Rather than having this guy checking you out... Really checking on who's stealing, right?

Foreword: When the place was empty, I went in for breakfast and, after speaking to two different waiters to ask what I wanted, I was asked a third time. The wait times were truly out of this world: between the wait to order and the wait after ordering, I reached 20 minutes.
Plus, once I'd finished my drink, it took another 10 minutes to pay. I repeat: 10 minutes!
Why? Because the three baristas decided to take a coffee break behind the counter (in front of the line that had formed) and not even bothered to move, even when called.
50 cents for table service and a 20-minute wait, on top of the exorbitant price for a croissant.
P.S. After reading other reviews, I hope I haven't gotten food poisoning.
31/10/2025: I celebrated my graduation in mid-September. The place is fantastic, cute and welcoming; the food and drinks were good; the service was excellent, they even corrected mistakes and if there were any inconveniences, they even offered a discount!

13/10/2025: The food is really good, no complaints about the quality. However, for a bar, the prices are definitely too high.
It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but the value for money isn't good: the location and the service don't justify the price.
Honestly, it's not a place I'd happily return to—I've spent less in a restaurant than here, and the food from the rotisserie was only reheated.
11/10/2025: Very high prices if you went to Via Caracciolo for lunch in a restaurant you would have paid less I paid twice for the table service because we had seconds of croissants something never seen before bar in need of renovation is located almost in the tunnel experience I would not recommend to anyone shame because they ruin the friendliness and good prices of Naples no service

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
03/11/2025: We waited over an hour for our order, then we went to inquire and were told it had been delivered to them (to someone else)... They repackaged everything for us... At the table, we noticed a sandwich was missing (it was left ready at the counter without anyone noticing). The fries were cold. The Happy Meal surprise was just the booklet, no toy.
Finally, when we were about to leave, we noticed that the Happy Meal yogurts hadn't been delivered either.
I don't think we'll be back next time.

09/11/2025: They'd do better to close this place. Every time I call for pizzas, they tell me they don't have the ingredients. After the last time I had to order a Margherita and found a hair on it, I had to get a stitch. Disgusting!
09/11/2025: I used to go there to get pizzas, but they always told me the ingredients were missing. They did this several times during the week and on weekends. Very rude staff.

21/07/2025: We stopped by Quanto Basta for an aperitivo, but the experience was anything but positive. The platter consisted of unappetizing cold cuts and obviously stale bread.
A place that claims to be welcoming and refined can't afford such poor quality in its basic products.
It's a shame, because the atmosphere might be pleasant, but the attention to customer service and quality really makes the difference.

15/11/2025: Dated restaurant, lackluster service, poorly cooked, low-quality food, high prices.
€14 for a plate of tagliatelle (not homemade) that should have been served with ragù but instead were served with a spoonful of ragù on top. The dish arrived after a 40-minute wait.
€20 for a mixed grill with a sausage, a salami, a hamburger, and a pork chop.
€6 for wood-fired potatoes that turned out to be frozen chips from a bag, cooked without any seasoning whatsoever.
To respond to the kind owner:
We arrived at 1:00 PM, with two tables occupied in the dining room. You waited for the restaurant to fill up before starting service.
We did not receive any discount.
Since your comprehension of the text is close to zero, I clarify that I did not object to the quality of your sauce, but rather to the quantity of ragù on the plate for the price paid.
A mixed grill means MIXED, not just a lot, meaning pork, chicken, and beef, not just pork because that's the cheapest.
Anyway, rest assured, we have no intention of returning.
I've lowered the rating from two to one star as you requested, to make you happy.
