Very good and refined food. Excellent and extensive selection of wines and spirits. All immersed in nature with beautiful views of the Ticino and Po rivers. Edo, the restaurateur, will guide you through your culinary journey and wine selection. UNFORTUNATELY CLOSED PERMANENTLY FROM 2024.

La Casa sul Fiume

29/06/2026: A small restaurant overlooking the Ticino River and offering a stroll along the shore; very nice, though not fancy. The pizza is classic Neapolitan with a high crust. I personally don't particularly like it, but that's just a personal preference. The taste was good, and I'd eat there again. 🙌🏻 The staff was very kind (and patient!)! I'd say it's a recommended place for casual dining; I'd go back (maybe with some mosquito repellent). 👀

18/06/2026: In addition to the excellent food, customer care is also fundamental, a few more smiles wouldn't hurt... just as a few female presences among the staff wouldn't hurt, due to their natural predisposition to hospitality... beautiful location but not very well maintained... it would deserve a 9... for now a 7 is fine
