30/11/2025: I stopped by the Milano Londra Cocktail Club, hoping simply to warm up with a herbal tea, but I found myself in for an experience that could only be described as unpleasant. The place was almost empty, yet I waited an inexplicable amount of time before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When she finally came to take our order, she told us they didn't make hot drinks (the reason we decided to come here), giving us a RIDICULOUS reason: lack of staff. Furthermore, another thing that was EMBARRASSING, to say the least, was the mandatory €8 per person drink.
If you're looking for a place to relax, avoid disappointment, or simply find a drink served properly, I recommend looking elsewhere. The Caffè Milano Londra Cocktail Club was, for me, a waste of time and patience.
I came for a hot drink and left furious.
AN ABSURD AND VERY DISCOURAGING EXPERIENCE!!!

01/05/2026: Excellent shopping center if it weren't for the bar in front of the Carrefour (segafreddo) rude bosses who mistreat employees in front of customers deserve a complaint for mobbing, boys/girls visibly under stress even if always smiling I really hope it closes or that at least the bosses change because because of a bar like that the center loses a lot being a high-level place at least until now.

18/12/2025: Usually the croissants are very good and you can taste the quality of the product but despite this sometimes it happens that the croissant they give you for breakfast, even if you go at 7:00 in the morning, is clearly from the day before and this leaves a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth given the standard of the place.

The place is cute and well-kept, the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home, and the food is excellent for the price.
The cuisine is simple but tasty, and I find the ingredients to be of good quality.

28/04/2026: Cavour is a point of reference. The attention to customer service, the quality of the ingredients, from the coffee to the selection of gin and whiskey, and last but not least, the music selection, truly make the difference.
It's not just a matter of well-made cups, even if the coffee here is treated with the respect reserved for serious things. It's precisely the combination that works: carefully selected ingredients, a selection of gin and whiskey that doesn't seem to be there for show but to be truly experienced, with Robi's great knowledge, and a soundtrack that accompanies without being overwhelming. Another example of customer service is the "memory": what you like and how, from breakfast with Anna to aperitifs with Roberto.
Bravo! Keep it up ✌️
17/11/2025: I went with colleagues for a coffee while waiting for the office to open. The sales assistant was kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!
