24/06/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria for months, and I've always had a good experience, except the last time, when I ordered my usual pan of pizza and asked for it to be well done. I should point out that in the last few times I've always asked for it to be well done, except that once I got home, it wasn't always well done. When I ordered, I explained that the last one was a little undercooked and we don't like it, so I asked him if he could serve it cooked. The cashier got so annoyed that he turned to the pizza chefs and yelled, "Make the lady burn it!" He told me they've been making pizza for 25 years. I was really upset about the treatment I received. I never said the pizza was awful, but that I wanted it well done. I didn't expect to be treated so badly. So instead of a pan, I ordered half, and I could see he was upset, because for months I'd always ordered a whole one. Even if there was leftovers, we'd reheat them the next day. I'm so sorry for what happened. Obviously, I've changed pizzerias, because that's not how you treat your customers. WELL, AFTER YOUR NICE ANSWER, I WASN'T MISTAKEN AS FAR AS I SEE IT. Excellent quality ingredients, exceptional experience and expertise in preparation (as well as exquisite creativity in design and presentation), an excellent wine list for all budgets, professional, friendly, and helpful service, and owners whose kindness, friendliness, and immense human qualities go beyond imagination! If you don't believe us, ask us in person. My wife and I dine at Don so often that we'll definitely bump into each other!

But the real difference is the team: young, friendly, approachable, and with a team spirit that's palpable as soon as you walk in. It's not your typical place where you go, grab a pizza, and leave. 28/02/2026: Best pizza ever, my favorite pizzeria. I always order from this pizzeria and never regret it. The staff is really kind and patient, I also like the organization of the place because I've been there a few times and I liked the way it's laid out. It's a shame I can't give it 4.5 stars because this place deserves it so much.
