The attention to customer service, the quality of the ingredients, from the coffee to the selection of gin and whiskey, and last but not least, the music selection, truly make the difference. It's not just a matter of well-made cups, even if the coffee here is treated with the respect reserved for serious matters. It's the combination that works: carefully selected ingredients, a selection of gin and whiskey that doesn't seem to be there for show but to be truly experienced, with Robi's great knowledge, and a soundtrack that accompanies without being overwhelming. Another example of customer service is the "memory": what you like and how, from breakfast with Anna to aperitif with Roberto. Bravo! Keep it up ✌️

21/05/2026: If you enjoy coffee, this is a must visit in SLC. I drop by every time I am in SLC and John never disappoints. Best espresso I ever have every time. John is also incredibly knowledgeable and is a master of his craft. (P.S. John I got a photo of you back in 2022 at the old location - don't think I have had a chance to share it with you.)

28/06/2026: We came back because we really liked it! Excellent quality meat and a great selection for AYCE! We're missing the pizza, but that looks great too, and the focaccia they serve at the table looks like the dough is excellent. We'll definitely be back!

19/03/2026: Nice place in the center of Desio, easy to get to and with fairly easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Not very good pizza, raw sauce. One of us had Zola and sausage; the sausage was terrible, so he completely threw it away and ate the rest. Really overpriced! The pizza with mortadella and burrata and a stuffed crust was, however, very good! Needs improvement, but acceptable.

15/03/2026: A beautiful Neapolitan restaurant with incredibly friendly staff and quality products. We didn't even have time to take a picture of the pizza, it was so good! The zeppole are also fantastic, and of course the desserts are homemade.

17/05/2026: The best bakery in Desio. They use quality products, sourdough starter, and no industrial preparations, and when you eat their products, you can definitely taste the difference! They're also the only ones to offer, in addition to the classics, pinsa romana, with fillings that vary with the seasons. The same goes for their desserts, which are of the highest quality: a small selection is always available, and they'll make anything upon request. Prices are reasonable for the high quality. The staff is super friendly and courteous: we love them all!!! Whether you're looking for bread, a dessert, or a snack, Pancecco is always the answer to your cravings!
