Unfortunately, we found the dishes decidedly unbalanced and too "heavy"/seasoned and salty for our tastes. At these prices, one would expect greater sophistication and balance.

The cuisine is simply amazing: the menu changes seasonally, and chef Dario always manages to surprise with creative, balanced, and never boring dishes—a true master of the kitchen. The host, Alan, is a constant and welcoming presence: always kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, he makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and familiar, making every evening a delightful experience. In short, for me, Hostaria 2.0 is a guarantee: every time I return, it's a confirmation.

12/07/2025: Today we had the brilliant idea of ​​going to eat at this restaurant, if we can call it that. The first courses had horrible pasta. I ate it but left it halfway. My daughter left the whole plate. It was simply pasta and ragù, reporting that it was raw pasta. A second plate arrived with pasta and ragù worse than the first. I paid 80 euros, a gift. I will never go back.

Location meraviglioso da 5 …. cibo da 3 in generale ma cotoletta da 1 … dura con il coltello che bussava come su una porta … riscaldata o fatta davvero male … e dopo averlo fatto notare alla cameriera comunque sempre gentile anche se carenti nel servizio ma solo per un problema di numero di rapporto clienti personale … il proprietario alla cassa ovviamente non se ne è preoccupato anzi senza educazione non ha né salutato né chiesto nulla ma ha proferito solo ricevuta o fattura …. VERGOGNOSO … tutti sbagliano per carità … ma la maleducazione non è comprensibile …. l’avremmo pagata comunque … ma evidentemente più che capire gli errori era più preoccupato ad incassare …. MAI PIÙ … DILETTANTI E PRESUNTUOSI ALLO SBARAGLIO ….
