05/02/2026: For dinner for two, we ordered a mixed appetizer of fried food, still-frozen panzerotti, and completely raw and inedible onion rings, left in the middle of the table the entire time without anyone caring what had gone wrong. As soon as the pinsa got cold, the mozzarella turned to rubber. The best part came with the burger, completely raw. We asked for it to be fixed, and the same bun and toppings (obviously frozen) were brought back, along with the same reheated and still-raw burger. Luckily, on the third attempt, it was brought back cooked. No apologies, no admission of mistakes. I recommend it if you want to risk a nasty salmonella infection. Review: I assure you, not a single onion ring was spat into the napkin; it was impossible to chew them even if you wanted to (they were cut, I might add, with difficulty). I recommend you try a few large ones, so you get an idea of ​​what I'm talking about. Pointing out an inaccuracy, as you say, makes perfect sense, perhaps if you're not faced with a seemingly annoyed figure at every request. The burger you ate "halfway," as you say, was cooked well on the outside; the problem was more towards the center. It was returned to you with a few bites missing (it's a shame I didn't take a photo of this, too, since you have a complaint). Why let a pinsa cool, you ask? Because we waited three cooking cycles before eating it, for example, and if you're going out as a couple, you also expect to eat as a couple. Regarding the risk of salmonella, I'm sorry, but it's a real risk with raw ground beef. I hope you're aware of that, although I understand your preferred cooking method. Ps. Excellent drinks.

22/03/2026: A very disappointing experience, especially regarding the attitude of the staff, which I found aggressive, pushy, and completely unprofessional. I had invited a friend to this restaurant specifically because I wanted to spend a nice evening with her and because I thought it was a pleasant place. Unfortunately, things went exactly the opposite way, and I was also very disappointed by the poor impression I made on the person I had invited. I was with my 5-year-old son, who had already eaten during the aperitivo and therefore wasn't really hungry. As soon as we entered, I immediately explained the situation and asked several times if there was anything simple he could order from the menu, like a pasta dish or something suitable for a child. I was told no, and there was practically nothing suitable on the menu. At that point, my son said he just wanted gelato, so that's what we ordered. I had also already made it clear that I would happily pay the cover charge for him. Meanwhile, my friend and I had ordered a good bottle of wine and were simply enjoying the evening. My son, who wasn't actually eating dinner, only tasted a tiny piece of tartare from my plate. A truly minimal taste. The staff immediately approached the table in a very unpleasant manner, repeating that if the child even tasted anything, I would have to pay for the entire children's menu. I tried to calmly explain the situation, but instead of listening, they continued with a rigid and aggressive attitude, even going so far as to make comparisons with other customers. Frankly, I found this absurd and inappropriate. I wasn't trying to take advantage of anything, I wasn't asking for anything free, and I wasn't avoiding paying. We were consuming normally and simply wanted to enjoy the evening in peace. Charging almost €20 for a 5-year-old who hadn't eaten dinner and only tasted a tiny bite from his mother's plate is questionable enough; but doing so in this tone, completely ruining the atmosphere of the evening, is even more so. The real disappointment wasn't just the rule itself, but the way we were treated: tactless, unsympathetic, and with no attention to the customer. I was left with a profound sense of disappointment. I won't return, and I won't recommend this place to anyone.

10/04/2026: Baptism In reality, Bergamina isn't just a place for special occasions these days. But we couldn't have chosen a different location for our daughter's baptism. Living nearby and having such a great time, we love spending time together at Bergamina. My cousin even chose to celebrate her graduation there because she was so inspired by our enthusiasm. Anna, Grazia, and Massimo are extremely helpful and kind. The location reminds me of restaurants from the '90s. I feel like a child again when I'm there. Everything is in its place. An elegant, spacious restaurant with a large, very romantic garden. There are play areas for children and outdoor areas to relax between courses. Especially in spring, Bergamina is an explosion of flowers and offers its best. The food is good, especially the risottos and the meat dishes, which are our Achilles heel. In any case, they know how to please everyone. It was a wonderful day for us; the children had fun running and playing in the meadow. Our guests had a wonderful time with us. The reception for our son's baptism was a complete success for us and for the guests who continue to compliment us after days. But it's only right that compliments go to those who deserve them. 05/05/2026: Today, a new experience: I asked for bread, and they replied, "We don't have any left" (at 1 p.m.). It's NEVER happened to me in my life that a restaurant didn't have any bread... and they even charged me a cover charge (2 euros).
