Today I went to Decathlon in Lissone to buy some hiking boots. I'd like to thank the guy in the department (I don't know his name...he's young, tall, with curly brown hair and brown eyes) for his help. He gave me advice, showed interest, and clearly knows his stuff. The best part was being looked after by someone who was helpful and cheerful.

Another stop at the Lissone store, to exchange items purchased online. The staff is always very helpful. By carefully browsing the various departments, you can always find something interesting and affordable. Always worth a visit. I'm updating my review after a visit to Milano Cairoli and one in Lissone to confirm my completely positive opinion of the offerings, the prices, and above all, the professionalism of the staff (in the department, at reception, and at the checkout).

I went to this shop to buy some trekking shoes and socks. I was helped and advised by a nice young man (whose name I don't know, though!), tall, with curly black hair and black eyes. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to thank him, but it was a great experience anyway.

Well-stocked, clean, and tidy store, Decathlon quality. Very fast, intelligent self-service checkouts.

Ten campuses, so huge. Huge selection of items. Courteous and friendly staff, but in my case, completely unprepared, as I was honestly told. Bright and clean display. Recommended.
