18/04/2026: We've been frequenting this place for a while and have always appreciated the quality of the food and drinks. Unfortunately, last night's experience left a bitter taste in our mouths due to the way a small incident was handled. ​Due to the awning hitting a decorative lamp on the table (perhaps a little too bulky for the space), a drink spilled. Although the incident was clearly accidental and related to the arrangement of the furniture, we noticed a certain slowness and clumsiness in clearing the table, so much so that we had to ask to move ourselves. ​What displeased us most, however, was the manager's tone. When it came time to return the drink to my friend, we were told that the owner was "doing us a favor" by not charging it, claiming it was our fault since there was no wind. We believe that, regardless of the dynamics, courtesy and attention to a loyal customer should come before controversy over a spilled glass. A real shame, because the place is worth it, but the service and welcome have a lot of room for improvement in terms of kindness.

05/02/2026: For dinner for two, we ordered a mixed appetizer of fried food, still-frozen panzerotti, and completely raw and inedible onion rings, left in the middle of the table the entire time without anyone caring what had gone wrong. As soon as the pinsa got cold, the mozzarella turned to rubber. The best part came with the burger, completely raw. We asked for it to be fixed, and the same bun and toppings (obviously frozen) were brought back, along with the same reheated and still-raw burger. Luckily, on the third attempt, it was brought back cooked. No apologies, no admission of mistakes. I recommend it if you want to risk a nasty salmonella infection. Review: I assure you, not a single onion ring was spat into the napkin; it was impossible to chew them even if you wanted to (they were cut, I might add, with difficulty). I recommend you try a few large ones, so you get an idea of ​​what I'm talking about. Pointing out an inaccuracy, as you say, makes perfect sense, perhaps if you're not faced with a seemingly annoyed figure at every request. The burger you ate "halfway," as you say, was cooked well on the outside; the problem was more towards the center. It was returned to you with a few bites missing (it's a shame I didn't take a photo of this, too, since you have a complaint). Why let a pinsa cool, you ask? Because we waited three cooking cycles before eating it, for example, and if you're going out as a couple, you also expect to eat as a couple. Regarding the risk of salmonella, I'm sorry, but it's a real risk with raw ground beef. I hope you're aware of that, although I understand your preferred cooking method. Ps. Excellent drinks.

After complaining about the wait, the courses arrived, but another surprise: one of the dishes was out of stock, and the waiter came to tell us more than an hour after the orders were placed. It should be noted that one course was out of stock. Coffees were offered to make up for the mix-up, but still, it was a long wait.

26/04/2026: Inspired by the location, we wanted to try this restaurant. What can I say? It's a truly stunning location, surrounded by greenery and quiet. Fast service and very friendly staff. We tried the burgers, which were very good, especially the meat and the bread. The only flaw were the fries. We'll be back to try other items on the menu. Fairly priced.
