22/03/2026: So it's the first time I've been to this place, with the hopes of eating good meat, but unfortunately the evening went very badly even if I appreciate the discount they gave us and the wine offered, so when ordering with the waiter he points out the off-menu dishes, one of which was ribeye; I never had it but I point out to the waitress that I would like something tender and she confirms the "ribeye". After about 20 minutes the first tartare dishes arrive for my friends and they had almost finished eating them but we realize that the wine we chose, which had a price of 26 euros, hadn't arrived yet... but a moment later the waitress arrives telling us the wine we chose was finished and offers us a wine for 42 euros, I would say!!!! The wine has run out even if it's strange in a place that serves meat!! But you have to offer us a wine of a similar value, not that one... then okay, let's overlook this thing, I take the wine menu to choose the wine, she goes away... we call her back as soon as she passes by telling her the wine, but at that moment the meat of our choice arrives, we start eating but we get to eat the meat almost halfway, meat already eaten, the wine hadn't arrived yet, practically I had almost finished dinner without drinking wine, oh I forgot, one of us had finished her dinner without yet drinking... okay, I add that the meat for 2 arrived, on a cutting board for 2 people to keep in the middle but we had no plates and we call the girl back saying bring us the plates thanks!! Okay, let's move on... as I said before, I wanted a tender meat, I didn't know this type of meat. But I'm attaching a photo of what I didn't eat, which was as hard as a rock and full of hard fat. In my opinion, it was cooked incorrectly, but I assure you that in the 800 grams sold, I must have eaten 150 grams of meat. It's a matter of taste, but I wouldn't eat it again, not even for free! In short, I ordered a hamburger sandwich because I was hungry, having eaten nothing except 2 potatoes on the side and the famous 150 grams of terrible meat. Okay, let's move on to dessert, I'll have a brownie. It's good, edible, but it's not a brownie, it's a chocolate sponge cake. That said, I'm sorry to write this because I'm not 20 years old, and I've been to about 4 restaurants in my life, but I like to eat well and I'm used to eating out often. Even though they were kind enough to give us a discount and not charge us for the wine, it wasn't a dinner where I ate well, in fact, it was awful. I wouldn't go back, I'm sorry, but between the service and the dinner, it was a total failure. The photo I posted is what I didn't eat, but it needs to be multiplied by 2 because my friend's other dish is the same... everything to be thrown away, inedible.

18/03/2026: The ingredients aren't bad, but perhaps they weren't treated properly. Some pieces of meat were dry, others were perhaps over-seasoned. For the quality, we spent a bit too much.

05/02/2026: For dinner for two, we ordered a mixed appetizer of fried food, still-frozen panzerotti, and completely raw and inedible onion rings, left in the middle of the table the entire time without anyone caring what had gone wrong. As soon as the pinsa got cold, the mozzarella turned to rubber. The best part came with the burger, completely raw. We asked for it to be fixed, and the same bun and toppings (obviously frozen) were brought back, along with the same reheated and still-raw burger. Luckily, on the third attempt, it was brought back cooked. No apologies, no admission of mistakes. I recommend it if you want to risk a nasty salmonella infection. Review: I assure you, not a single onion ring was spat into the napkin; it was impossible to chew them even if you wanted to (they were cut, I might add, with difficulty). I recommend you try a few large ones, so you get an idea of ​​what I'm talking about. Pointing out an inaccuracy, as you say, makes perfect sense, perhaps if you're not faced with a seemingly annoyed figure at every request. The burger you ate "halfway," as you say, was cooked well on the outside; the problem was more towards the center. It was returned to you with a few bites missing (it's a shame I didn't take a photo of this, too, since you have a complaint). Why let a pinsa cool, you ask? Because we waited three cooking cycles before eating it, for example, and if you're going out as a couple, you also expect to eat as a couple. Regarding the risk of salmonella, I'm sorry, but it's a real risk with raw ground beef. I hope you're aware of that, although I understand your preferred cooking method. Ps. Excellent drinks.

16/11/2025: Very spacious place, resembling a renovated warehouse or shed, hence the high ceiling. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. The prices are moderate to high. The pizza was decent. Special gluten-free dough. Reservations recommended. Wide selection on the menu, still classic, with sheets of paper you can read on the spot without having to look at your phone. Decent parking outside on the uncrowded street. All in all, a decent experience.

16/11/2025: We ate really well! The risotto with saffron was exquisite, creamy, and rich in flavor, while the ossobuco was even better: a truly superb dish. The portions were more than generous. The Milanese cutlet, with its double breading, was simply fantastic. A truly top-notch location, well-maintained and welcoming. Highly recommended: high quality and truly worthy cuisine!

15/11/2025: We arrived for dinner on a Saturday night. We sat down at the table and pointed out that it was swaying; we had to suggest putting napkins on it to prevent it from tipping over. Three different waiters came by to ask if we wanted water. We opted for a bottle of Prosecco, which was very good. When the waitress opened the bottle, she shot the cork into the chandelier, a nearly avoided accident, fortunately. The dishes were good, but the portions were small; we left hungry. When the dishes arrived, they also brought us bread. As soon as we finished eating, they took everything away, including the bread we wanted to use to mop up the bread. They insisted on asking if we wanted dessert. At the cashier, we had to ask for a receipt; they greeted us without issuing a receipt. We had to mention this to receive it. The dishes were good, but we won't be returning.
