11/03/2026: I'd heard the pizza was thin, so I attended the evening organized by other friends, thinking I'd just enjoy the company. I had to change my mind. It's true, the pizza is thin, but the center crust remains soft and tasty; only the crust crumbles from the crispiness, while the toppings are generous and flavorful.
The staff is very polite, kind, and attentive to the customer's well-being. The atmosphere, though crowded and managed on two reservation shifts, still manages to convey a sense of tranquility. The place is tastefully decorated. Overall, a lovely evening. I recommend it.
11/03/2026: The pizza is very unique, very thin and large, made with quality ingredients, and very easy to digest. It's one of my favorite pizzerias. Prices are average.

14/08/2025: The place is nice, but the mockery of the €18 platter (for two people, but after asking, surprised by the paltry amount, the guy told us "it's actually for four people"), with just two small pieces of cheese and cured meats—good but invisible and poorly presented—is too obvious. The food prices are exorbitant, and the guys (nice, admittedly) aren't very bright. Plus, we were bitten by mosquitoes. It's fine for a post-party drink, but leave the food alone.

10/10/2025: I had lunch on Thursday with my daughter and we had a great time, the sandwich was very tasty and with lots of varieties.
04/10/2025: Original Calabrian products, expertly crafted into amazing sandwiches. This was my first visit, but there will definitely be more to come. Kudos to the young couple who own the place; it's a pleasure to recognize the merits of small Italian entrepreneurs who make a quality product.

21/02/2026: We had dinner this evening and the experience was truly excellent.
The quality of the dishes is extremely high, well above the AYCE average, with original and unusual dishes, carefully crafted and truly surprising.
The offerings are incredibly wide and well thought out, with unique pairings, but what really sets them apart is the service: extremely courteous, attentive, and with extremely friendly staff, always smiling and helpful.
An AYCE restaurant that completely breaks the mold, where you eat truly well and feel welcomed.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

My favorite flavor, which I can't find anywhere else, is the raspberry with white chocolate... it's addictive, I'd eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! They also have vegan options and offer FREE cone fillings with various creams... what can I say? If you haven't tried it yet, you absolutely must! One last treat, in my opinion, is the Red Velvet muffin, which they only have in the winter. It's the best I've ever had, seriously, and I've tried so many. I hope this wonderful place never closes. Plus, the girls serving at the counter are always quick, kind, and attentive—A GUARANTEE!

11/12/2025: I've been frequenting Il Fornaio on Via Galilei since it opened, and I can assure you it's a place where product quality and service come first.
Over time, I've noticed that the owner and staff have always strived to improve their services by adding new products and renovating the spaces to make them more welcoming.
The staff are very kind and make you feel at ease, even during the busiest times.
So, honestly, I can only recommend this place to everyone.
