The chocolate is hard to rate... I wouldn't offer it on the menu. In my opinion, "better is more"; reduce the offerings and increase the quality of the products, meaning the workmanship, not the quality of the raw materials.

I went on Sunday for a snack.
The staff were very friendly; without any seating, they even welcomed us into the atelier.
The quality of the products was very good.

11/12/2025: I've been frequenting Il Fornaio on Via Galilei since it opened, and I can assure you it's a place where product quality and service come first.
Over time, I've noticed that the owner and staff have always strived to improve their services by adding new products and renovating the spaces to make them more welcoming.
The staff are very kind and make you feel at ease, even during the busiest times.
So, honestly, I can only recommend this place to everyone.

10/10/2025: I had lunch on Thursday with my daughter and we had a great time, the sandwich was very tasty and with lots of varieties.
04/10/2025: Original Calabrian products, expertly crafted into amazing sandwiches. This was my first visit, but there will definitely be more to come. Kudos to the young couple who own the place; it's a pleasure to recognize the merits of small Italian entrepreneurs who make a quality product.

08/01/2026: I went for dinner for the first time and I have to say I was satisfied. The quality of the fish was very good, the portions generous. I'd like to point out that the shellfish are pre-sliced from the back, which many restaurants don't do. I'd say the house wine was good, and the service was very fast.

10/01/2026: Massimo is an institution! To those who don't know, it might seem like just any place, but it's not... In the '80s, someone said, "Seeing is believing!" It's not a bar, it's not a pub, and it's not a restaurant; it's an experience. The aperitivo is spectacular, but even a short break becomes a haven of happiness.

Be aware that if you order appetizers, they don't wait until you've finished before sending the rest of your meal.
Good establishment.

Good pizzas, light and tasty, in my opinion "almost the same" as the real Neapolitan one.
The only flaw is the noise level, perhaps because the imperial table (as they call it here) is closed and the noise is amplified.
Recommended anyway... also for takeout.
21/12/2025: We walked in without a reservation, and despite being the first guests, the welcome was cold and perfunctory. The head waiter was rushed and unprofessional throughout the dinner, making persistent and inappropriate jokes about money and tips, which were truly unpleasant.
The service was fragmented and inattentive. When it came to the bill (€80), the attitude became even more rude when we didn't leave a tip.
The icing on the cake: we had asked for wrapping for a pizza that a child had left almost entirely over. When we returned a few minutes later, we were told it had been thrown away or lost in the kitchen. Unacceptable.
It's a shame, because service like that completely ruins the experience.
