In my opinion, "better is more"; reduce the offerings and increase the quality of the products, meaning the workmanship, not the quality of the raw materials.

11/03/2026: We visited this winery on Saturday evening with four adults, and the experience was impeccable in every way. We booked through TheFork, taking advantage of the 20% discount and using a €30 gift card: the final quality-price ratio was unbeatable (€86 total instead of €138). We ate two first courses and two second courses, accompanied by an excellent house wine, and then finished with two desserts and coffee. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the presentation of the dishes is truly meticulous. The portions were absolutely adequate, leaving us completely satisfied. The restaurant stands out for its modern and essential style, creating a pleasant and convivial atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends. Special mention goes to the staff. The service was attentive and meticulously crafted, with the right level of professionalism but never intrusive. A place where substance meets elegance. Recommended!

14/08/2025: The place is nice, but the mockery of the €18 platter (for two people, but after asking, surprised by the paltry amount, the guy told us "it's actually for four people"), with just two small pieces of cheese and cured meats—good but invisible and poorly presented—is too obvious. The food prices are exorbitant, and the guys (nice, admittedly) aren't very bright. Plus, we were bitten by mosquitoes. It's fine for a post-party drink, but leave the food alone.

11/12/2025: I've been frequenting Il Fornaio on Via Galilei since it opened, and I can assure you it's a place where product quality and service come first. Over time, I've noticed that the owner and staff have always strived to improve their services by adding new products and renovating the spaces to make them more welcoming. The staff are very kind and make you feel at ease, even during the busiest times. So, honestly, I can only recommend this place to everyone. Stefano
