I was very surprised by the goodness and quality. I've always preferred other fast food restaurants, but there's no comparison. Perhaps they don't have strong advertising and, as a result, it's unfortunately overlooked. I complimented the girls who were working there that evening! Plus, it offers a truly impressive selection. Highly recommended.

I stopped by for an afternoon break, and of course I ordered the NUTELLA BUBBLE.
I'd say more than excellent.
The girl at the cashier was very kind, friendly, and helpful (Sara).
The place is kept clean and very welcoming.
I definitely recommend stopping by!

The staff is friendly, but the wait is a bit long.
Because it's in a shopping mall, it's noisy during peak hours, but you can still chat.

The staff were very kind and wonderful. We tried the panburrata and pansalmo, which were excellent quality. The meal was soft and filling, with a delicious taste.

Yes, the food is very good and reasonably priced. The service is a bit slow and distracted; in my opinion, they could use a few more people.
After some time, I still agree that they could use a few more people; seeing how people are exploited puts you off going. Two people (I never see more than that, and I've been going there for three years now) is too few. Plus, the kiosk doesn't work for the loyalty card, so you have to order at the cashier to redeem your points. The dedicated tablet is a terrible piece of junk; it has connection issues most of the time, or issues with the QR code reader. Sometimes it didn't even load the points, and I had to mention it on my next visit. As a company that makes such a good product, you should invest more in staff and service.

Peak time at 8:00 PM, tables full, waiting for orders to be delivered. Total disorganization at the management level. You can't expect to serve 35 tables with two people preparing food and one at the cash register who also has to help in the kitchen.
It's no longer the Panbullo I knew.
It's not the servers' fault, but the management's. Give fewer tables and improve the service.
