I'm vegan and really appreciate the vegan Panbolla that they make for me without pesto. I'd love to see a vegan alternative, though.

Panbolla is always a great place for lunch... light and tasty. Fast service, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. The salads and pizza are also delicious! For their tenth anniversary, they offered prosecco and delicious Nutella bubbly.

I'm very critical about food as a southern culinary lover, I have to say that Pan Bolla surprised me quite a bit, it looks like classic street food, but the ingredients are very refined, the bread is incredibly light and melts in your mouth, the combination of products in each sandwich is still gourmet, so I can only recommend it and I will definitely be back to try them, I don't mean almost all of them, PS: Pancapaccio is a triumph of sublime flavours

27/06/2026: We discovered this little place thanks to The Fork. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by this girl who stayed with us throughout the evening (unfortunately, I don't remember her name), very friendly and attentive. The food was truly delicious. We had a tasting of delicious cheeses with their own jams along with fried gnocco, then we opted for a second course that was also very tasty. I would have preferred softer ribs, but that's a personal preference. And finally, the dessert was a dream. I'm a fan of tartlets (especially chocolate ones), but this pistachio one, one word: wow. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, with a sweet atmosphere. We really had a great time, thanks again!
