02/05/2026: Generally good, I've been there several times, including for takeout. The last time I went for lunch (work menu), however, I was served a cold stew. After pointing this out to the waiter, they simply reheated it in the microwave, but the dish had a nasty smell from the grease accumulated in the oven, which was clearly not clean. When it came time to get the bill, to the usual question, "Is everything okay?", I reported the incident and the fact that I had sent the main course back, but the cashier (not one of the owners) simply stamped the entire receipt without offering any discount as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Furthermore, as I often pass by the restaurant, I've recently noticed that every one or two months they close for at least a week straight (not for holidays), and I wonder why. The prices have risen recently, as has happened in all restaurants, but here they were already above average, especially in the evenings.

01/05/2026: Whenever I can, I happily stop for lunch. Good food and a lovely atmosphere. The staff is attentive and courteous.

14/04/2026: Excellent pizza, small and comfortable atmosphere, even for dining in, with four tables available. The owner is delightful, and the desserts are also highly recommended: focaccia with hazelnut cream, pistachio, ricotta, and chocolate, and the Sicilian cannoli 😋

21/12/2025: We're so happy we discovered this place! The entire staff is magical, Chiara in particular is special. This is our second time back and it already feels like home. The food is excellent and the menu is very thoughtful, even catering for intolerances and children. Highly recommended. We already love you!

01/04/2026: Simply the best pizza I've ever had, even delivered hot and fluffy. The ingredients and dough are top-quality; the flavorful combinations are always easy to digest. They even delivered their huge portions of fries while they were still hot. The fried calzone was light and not at all greasy... delicious. In short, I recommend both stopping by to eat at this small but very clean and well-kept place (not just the pizza) and having their pizzas delivered directly to your home, even if you wait a few minutes, it's worth it. Delicious traditional Neapolitan desserts 🔝🔝🔝

10/04/2026: Unfortunately, the pastry world in Monza is slowly disappearing, between large-scale distribution and places that prioritize quantity over quality. La Ferrea holds firm, with excellent pastries and a friendly atmosphere (a rarity these days). The café department is no exception, with excellent croissants and coffee.
