The chocolate is hard to rate... I wouldn't offer it on the menu. In my opinion, "better is more"; reduce the offerings and increase the quality of the products, meaning the workmanship, not the quality of the raw materials.

The staff were very friendly; without any seating, they even welcomed us into the atelier.

02/05/2026: We went for dinner to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday (spoiler alert: we'll be back).
The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was cozy and quiet, and the food was delicious. We had a truly fantastic risotto with ossobuco; my husband asked for a dish that wasn't on the menu, and they prepared it for him with ease.
The desserts were delicious, and the cheeses (the ones I tried) were of high quality.
All in all, highly recommended.
I almost forgot: it's located in a green setting and close to the Lambro River.

14/05/2026: Fantastic food, the owner was friendly and very approachable, making us feel at home. Generous portions and excellent quality.
We each had a supplì, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and two maritozzi (one to take away, as it was so amazing; I highly recommend it). The two pasta dishes were super creamy, perfect for mopping up the bread with your favorite sauce 😋.
We're from Varese, and we haven't found any places this welcoming and delicious with typical Roman dishes. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

You can taste the careful pairings and the quality of the ingredients, which are enhanced without ever being overdone. The atmosphere is warm and modern, perfect for a relaxed dinner with that extra touch that makes you feel pampered.
A place you'll gladly return to, because it can make even an ordinary evening special.
