My husband and I love Spain. We even went to the first "100 Montaditos" restaurant in Spain, and we can assure you that we've eaten far better here in Mantua! Kudos to the staff, because the food is always excellent and always served with great courtesy! Well done! 👏🏼

First time here, recommended by a friend. Beautiful, inviting place. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Excellent food. Clean bathrooms. Fair prices. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

A nice surprise, an alternative place with quality Spanish food, we ate abundantly spending around 30 euros for 2 people which is reasonable for the food we had, very kind and helpful staff, I definitely recommend trying it

Excellent sandwich bar located in the center of Mantua: the place has a great selection of typical Spanish products. Really good. I highly recommend it 😋

10/10/2025: Divine location! There are few places with such attention to detail, a truly unique visual treat!! Every Wednesday they offer a menu featuring the catch of the day from the fish market, straight from Chioggia! I tried the beef in oil and it melts in your mouth, truly delicious! Homemade desserts, and I mean, made with passion!! An exceptional berry cheesecake!! The staff is very young, friendly, and dynamic!! Everyone is great! IL CARDO is already marked as a must-visit!

22/09/2025: Clean place, a bit noisy when busy. Outdoor dining is available. The food is good, but be careful when ordering the tasting menus; if there are a large group, you can't change your choices while keeping the price the same. Still recommended.
