19/10/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff. Fast service. The interior is very charming, with a grotesque style. The menu is varied, featuring typical Mantuan specialties. The pear and sausage ravioli are delicious. The desserts are also very good.

20/07/2025: Tavern with restaurant prices, the food is not bad but the chairs are made of straw and therefore extremely uncomfortable

10/08/2025: I ate at this pizzeria on Saturday, August 9, 2025, and despite the confusion and a few small hiccups with the order (which were later resolved with apologies from the waiter), I have to say that so far I've eaten the best pizza in the province of Mantua. Congratulations!

17/07/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting this place with my partner for the first time. I want to say that the atmosphere is very pleasant, typical of a beach vacation. I particularly enjoyed the seafood, which I found delicious. My only complaint is the portions, which, while tasty, weren't very generous. I noticed the pizzas served at nearby tables and can't wait to try them. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely be back.

04/08/2025: A wonderful experience tonight for us (2 adults and 2 children). A musical atmosphere, delicious food and incredible service - the waitress spoke a few words to us in French, in English, we supplemented with our basic Italian and it was great! Excellent value for money (the children's box is just extraordinary). A wonderful time for us, THANK YOU SO MUCH from FRANCE!

22/07/2025: Honestly, nothing special... A simple pub with an outdoor seating area. The menu offers a wide selection, including sandwiches, pizzas, appetizers, various beers (including excellent brands), desserts, etc. There's also a vegetarian option. The sandwiches are really good, but the prices are crazy! The service is neither great nor bad. I specifically asked for an ingredient to be removed from the sandwich, but it wasn't done—it can happen. Otherwise, nothing special. Maybe I'll go back just because I'd like to try another sandwich that looked interesting.

11/10/2025: I happened to be here for lunch on a Saturday with my partner. We ordered two first courses: macaroni and cheese with wild boar ragù and a single slice of beef with mashed potatoes and water. The waitresses were friendly and courteous, but it was a completely negative experience. I'm disappointed and disappointed because the dishes were meager, and the slice of beef in particular contained 6 or 7 small pieces of meat, perhaps 130 grams at most, for €16. A steal! Total service cost around €53. I understand the price increases, but they're exaggerating here! I've never seen a place like this before. I leave here with the feeling of having eaten nothing. I won't come back even if they offer me lunch. Stay away!

04/09/2025: A nice restaurant where, despite being packed, you could have a relaxed conversation without raising your voice. Prices were average. Quality was good. Friendly staff and owners. Service was quick and efficient.

13/10/2025: I've had pizza at this restaurant twice, and I've always been satisfied. The dough is very good, the ingredients are high-quality, and the service is fast. I'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: We had lunch with the family and were truly satisfied: Cappelletti just like my grandmother used to make, braised beef that melted in your mouth, and a delicious tiramisu. The service was very fast (the owner and waitress were very kind), but the cashier was a bit cold. We're not locals, but we'll definitely return if we get the chance.

02/08/2025: Excellent trattoria for a quick and tasty lunch. Service is prompt, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the dishes are excellent, generous, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is casual yet elegant and very clean. Prices are average, and parking is available in front of the restaurant.

27/07/2025: We found this restaurant because it was on the road to our destination. What a pearl! Delicious food, you can tell it was all homemade, in a pleasant informal setting. The ladies who run this place are incredibly friendly. We are staying in the neighborhood for few days so we might come back.

08/10/2025: Downtown restaurant, very cute and welcoming! Super friendly staff 😊 We had pumpkin soufflé, tuna tartare, turbot fillet, and spaghetti with tuna bottarga – everything was delicious, we'll definitely be back! 🍽️👏

03/10/2025: The atmosphere was incredibly romantic at night, set in a quiet piazza. We ordered Tortelli di zucca fatti in casa con burro e salvia, Spaghetti allo scoglio (catch of the day), and Luccio di lago in salsa mantovana con polenta grigliata. The Tortelli di zucca was sweet and comforting, with a portion so generous that I almost couldn’t finish it, even though it was absolutely delicious. Coming from Taiwan, a country surrounded by sea and well known for our fresh seafood, we could truly taste the freshness here and we absolutely loved it!

12/10/2025: We were in a somewhat remote and anonymous room, so I didn't enjoy it much. The pizza was amazing; I rarely eat a whole pizza; I gobbled it up without realizing it. But, best of all, I didn't feel that thirsty feeling you get after eating a little bit. It was digested very well, my compliments. The dessert was also good, and the service was attentive. This place is a great find.

08/10/2025: We were passing through on our way back from vacation...by chance we found this lovely little place 🥰 Exquisitely prepared dishes, everything fresh, the staff fast and friendly...very professional, the glass bottle of water was appreciated...and to finish, the coffee was excellent 🥰😍🥰 Everything made with love, in short 🤩 We'll definitely be back 🥰

07/09/2025: Thanks to Mrs. Bruna's recommendation at "Locanda dei Nonni," we had a truly wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The first night we had pizza, which was very good and packed with ingredients; the second night we had paella, which was simply amazing. Compliments to everyone who was so kind and welcoming.

06/09/2025: The place was recommended by Mrs Bruna from the B&B where we were staying. We ate 2 amazing pizzas and since they cooked paella to order we went back the next evening and it was a riot of flavour, a fantastic paella. The only regret is that we won't be able to find it again until next year. I highly recommend it.

26/09/2025: Al Cacciatore is a restaurant and bar, and upstairs, if I'm not mistaken, there are five rooms for overnight stays. We chose this strategic location to be close to Mantua the next day for a sightseeing tour: if you're traveling by car, it's much cheaper than staying in the city center, and there's free parking next to the Cacciatore. The owner welcomed us warmly. We dined in his restaurant, serving traditional dishes and a good Lambrusco. Everything was excellent, with portions worthy of a true trattoria, unlike anything you've found these days! The room is spacious, with a bathroom well above average in size compared to what you'd find in hotels. Complimentary toiletries and air conditioning are provided. For breakfast, the owner let us choose what we wanted from the bar, plus biscuits, toast, and jams delivered directly to the table.

24/10/2025: A dinner dedicated to truffles in a restaurant where they are brought to the forefront. No regrets, from appetizer to dessert. No hesitation in choosing the truffle-themed dishes. It's hard to imagine that even a "simple" plate of spinach could be delicious, yet it succeeds! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, capable of putting guests in the best possible position to enjoy all the delicacies available.

21/10/2025: An excellent restaurant for sampling local specialties, with top-notch service and top-notch quality and refinement. What can I say? Anyone who finds themselves in the area must try it. We reached it by bike along the Po River cycle path, and it was a great experience.
