16/08/2025: I didn't like this trattoria. The atmosphere was chaotic, the food wasn't great, the dishes were slow, and it took half an hour to arrive. Considering that an appetizer arrived at the end of lunch, even the wine tasted like vinegar. Then we ordered coffee and a liqueur, which we hadn't noticed right away, but then we saw the dirty glass, so we tried to clean it underneath, but it was dirty inside and covered in cigarette ash. From there, we got up, paid, and left, and they didn't see us.

10/08/2025: As a preview of the famous Fiera delle Grazie, I tried the Corn Focaccia with cotechino and tripe at Trattoria da Claudio! A TASTY and VERY DIGESTIBLE combination, given the high-quality ingredients and the historic culinary skill! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!!!

21/08/2025: For three weeks we've had the à la carte lunch menu. The wait is endless, plus they forget to bring second courses. The service is poor, and the buffet menu is preferred. It's fine as a snack bar.

20/08/2025: Average pizza, but terrible service and endless waiting times. We sat at the table at 8:00 PM, the first pizzas arrived at 9:45 PM. Also, a pizza with the wrong ingredients compared to what was written on the menu. When we notified the waiter, he replied: "well, don't you like it like this? Ok, then we'll make it again right away". In addition to the mistake, the fact of making the customer feel uncomfortable is added. Inexplicably, halfway through the wait, they brought us wine that no one had ordered. Then, when we asked for 4 desserts, 7 arrived. To apologize for the long wait, even though there weren't that many customers, the owner "offered" us lemons. Ps: "offered" in quotation marks, since we found them in the bill. When we pointed this out to the cashier, he very reluctantly discounted them for us. Never again

02/07/2025: Top welcome. Average service. I go there every now and then with my disabled son. Guys, they are good at managing the room. Food is excellent. Yes, some flaws in the service but nothing out of place. Compliments. We will definitely be back 💪

02/08/2025: It's a shame that the owner is not at all courteous and kind, given the prices, she could present herself better, which I can't say about the staff, who are nice and available to fulfill requests, everything else is excellent, I'm sorry but I think that I and the others in the group will not return.

23/08/2025: I stayed at the hotel here, I ate at the restaurant. The service was fantastic and the waiter went the extra mile to make us happy. The food tasted great and was 4/5 the atmosphere was nice and quiet, a little low noise but not more than you could easily talk to. We ended up buying 2 liters of wine for 3 people. We have been here again. And had pizza. It was a bit busier today but the wait was okay.

17/04/2025: Very nice place in the center of Viadana, practically in front of the hospital, full of little things that you should have time to stop and look at, perhaps a little chaotic, but I think it's a premeditated choice, the only flaw is that the 'communications' to customers (such as 'news' or 'specialties', written on small signs scattered around) risk going unnoticed, and it's a shame because some are really interesting. Very kind and helpful staff. Too bad the bill. a little salty: 7 euros for two cappuccinos and two croissants (also very good!). PS We came back and asked for the menu, how wonderful!

22/08/2025: Stayed from Monday, August 18th to Thursday, August 21st, 2025 for a business trip. The cleanliness was unmatched in any other hotel. The atmosphere was wonderful, welcoming, with top-notch service and a level of courtesy I've never experienced before! Highly recommended.
