03/03/2025: Trattoria Massari is a stop in the taste of traditional Mantua land and river fish cuisine. We returned after a long time to find those dishes that you don't find very easily. River fish cuisine has always been one of their flagships, and you shouldn't miss out on their pumpkin tortelli. This time I chose the tortelli with guinea fowl filling...delicately delicious. The filling melts in your mouth. And the pike with the exquisite sauce. The desserts are also excellent. The owners' welcome was warm and it was a pleasure to have a chat on the topic of food. A nice confirmation even after a long time.

29/03/2025: Il mio giudizio è fortemente condizionato dal fatto che non puoi assolutamente proporre un impasto alternativo se non sei in grado di fornirlo al cliente. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo ordinato una pizza con impasto ai 5 cereali (costo aggiuntivo di 2 euro). Entrambe le pizze sono state servite con impasto tradizionale e con dei semi di zucca sparsi a crudo sulla pizza che, evidentemente, rappresentano il "valore aggiunto" del famoso impasto ai 5 cereali. Ricordatevi che non bisogna mai prendere in giro i clienti, anche perché ne avete perso uno, a partire da questa sera. Sono uno che non si lamenta assolutamente, che paga il dovuto e che rispetta sempre e comunque il lavoro delle persone. Ma in questo caso, mi spiace veramente di aver subito questo trattamento. Sia chiaro che non mi lamento dei 4 euro in più, sarebbe ridicolo, ma la presa in giro mi ha molto molto infastidito. Spero e mi auguro per voi che ciò non accada ad altri clienti, perché perseverare è diabolico.

26/03/2025: Di rientro da una passeggiata al lago ci siamo fermati per la prima volta. Locale giovane con personale simpatico, gentile e disponibilissimo. Apprezzata la qualità del cibo, soprattutto il “Fish n Chips”, croccante, leggero, assai digeribile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo si consiglia vivamente! Da parte nostra torneremo presto.

04/02/2025: E' stato un pranzo eccezionale: questo posto è diventato il numero uno in città! E' assolutamente vietato perdersi gli antipasti di mare, crudi e cotti, perché la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura con cui sono preparati è quanto di meglio possiate trovare nei paraggi. E poi sono bellissimi da vedere, con impiattamenti semplici, ma eleganti. I primi piatti, dopo le meraviglie che hanno aperto il pranzo, non sono stati da meno e hanno ampiamente soddisfatto le attese. Non sto a citare le cose più buone, semplicemente perché, dato il livello altissimo, faccio fatica a individuare un piatto più buono degli altri. A fine pranzo ho conosciuto la chef e non sono riuscito a frenami, chiedendole di sposarmi. Ho immaginato come mi avrebbe potuto viziare con i suoi manicaretti e la proposta è scattata in automatico. La risposta è stata possibilista...

15/10/2024: Viel Geld losgeworden dafür, dass wir das Lokal hungrig verlassen haben. Arroganter Service, die Hälfte der auf der übersichtlichen Speisekarte angegebenen Gerichte war nicht verfügbar. Wir waren zu viert im Lokal. Und hatten am Vormittag reserviert. . Nach: „Wolfsbarsch haben wir nicht mehr“ wollten wir alle den Teller mit verschiedenen Fischfilets bestellen. „Wir haben nur noch drei Fische, die gibt’s vom Grill und wir machen das für vier Personen“. Nachdem uns drei Fische im ganzen geliefert wurden baten wir darum, diese zu zerlegen. Was an den Tisch zurückkam war jeweils ein lieblos auseinander gefledderter Fisch in drei Etappen. Kalt und ohne jegliche Beilage. Contorni waren auf der Speisekarte nicht ersichtlich, ein Hinweis oder eine Beratung wg Beilagen…. Fehlanzeige. Nachtisch: Nr. 1 gibt’s nicht …. Ach was ärgere ich mich noch länger: meine Empfehlung: Meidet dieses. Lokal!

02/10/2024: Das Ziel der Wanderung lag diesesmal im schönen Gsiesertal, nämlich die Kaser Alm. Der Weg dorthin war recht schön. Wir konnten draußen sitzen und haben sofort Kontakt mit dem Hüttenwirt Alfred bekommen - sehr freundlich und nett; im Gegensatz dazu die Köchin mit reichlich "Haaren auf den Zähnen". Na ja was soll´s, wir wollten trotzdem die Mittagspause dort verbringen. Getränke und Speisen waren okay - Preis/Leistung noch okay.

21/09/2024: In occasione della visita al lago di Braies, anzichè pranzare come altre volte a malga Foresta (troppa gente), abbiamo voluto provare malga Kaser. Partendo dal lago di Braies bisogna fare più o meno un'ora e venti di cammino con circa 450 mt di dislivello in salita. Il sentiero pur impegnativo non presenta particolari difficoltà. Chiaramente bisogna avere bastoncini da trekking, abbigliamento e calzature adeguate e non come alcuni sprovveduti che si ostinano ad indossare scarpette tipo superga se non addirittura ciabatte. La malga (tutta in legno) è in posizione molto bella da dove si riesce a scorgere una piccola parte del lago di Braies. Piatti buonissimi, ovviamente con specialitàTirolesi. Abbiamo gustato i famosi canederli (tassativamente in brodo), pasta alla pastora, nonchè una porzione dell'immancabile strudel di mele. Come bevande un bel boccale di birra weizen. Personale cortese e rapido che parla prevalentemente tedesco che almeno per noi non è un problema in quanto abbiamo vissuto in Svizzera diversi anni e la lingua ancora non l'abbiamo dimenticata del tutto. Chiaramente viene parlato anche l'Italiano, con un pizzicodi difficoltà e con una pronuncia particolare. Tenuto conto della posizione della struttura, i prezzi tutto sommato li abbiamo trovati adeguati. Pertanto, consigliamo sicuramente di fare una capatina in questa malga che siamo certi piacerà a tutti.

07/04/2025: Had lunch with friends with a fixed price menu of 12 euros including wine, water, coffee...nice choice of first courses (4) and second courses (6) all reasonably good...services or quite quick...the 4 of us were all satisfied...we will definitely be back..

19/12/2024: Recommended by the hairdresser Ilenia, taking advantage of the stop for my wife's session, we visited these grocery stores to do some typical shopping in the area. We found a warm and kind welcome. They also gave us very good advice on what to buy such as cured meats, cheeses and wines. Furthermore, giving us ample clarification on how they are produced following the utmost care for quality and at the same time for the non-use of artificial and/or harmful ingredients. Excellent prices and we really found the quality on the plate at the dinner we prepared when we returned. Super recommended. Casa Bontà will from now on be an unmissable stop for food and wine purchases in the area.

18/03/2025: Mediocre Mantovano/Pilota rice, served in a pyramid, it will be a poor portion with three ribs on the side that tasted of cinnamon. Nothing special. Pumpkin tortelli good but not exceptional.

16/01/2025: Excellent hotel and restaurant in the central area of ​​Solferino, not far from Castiglione delle Stiviere and Desenzano sul Garda. Very kind and professional staff who are very attentive to customer needs. Confidential rooms for a structure of this kind and the cleanliness of them and all the rooms is excellent. Fine cuisine with quality raw materials and a decent selection of dishes on the menu. Very friendly owners..... convenient parking near the property, as well as parking in a private courtyard of the hotel....

16/01/2025: Dopo la felice esperienza del capodanno 2023-24 siamo tornati per quello 2024-25 e si è confermato tutto il buon giudizio. Soggiornato due notti nella tranquilla e calda dependance e cenato due sere, fra cui quella di San Silvestro. Tutto ottimo, compreso il vino. Piatti della tradizione locale curati, servizio attento e proprietari "appassionati". Bravissimi
