17/11/2025: The idea was to have a small snack, but then the deliciousness of the dishes captivated us. The prosciutto, cheese, and frittata platter was delicious; the caedar salad was also good, a nice sangria, and to finish... churros with Nutella. 🤤🤤😋😋. A "do-it-yourself" experience with service. Great idea, friendly owners.

19/10/2025: The service was good, and the location was nice, but it's not possible in 2025 not to have at least one vegan dish among 100 dishes, other than a sad salad or simple French fries.

23/11/2025: The restaurant has a very large dining room and is packed on Saturday nights. It offers both main courses and pizzas. I only had a first course. The dish was canteen-quality. The food is probably better when there are fewer people.

09/12/2025: I'm a huge sushi fan. I'll start by saying that I travel a lot, so I've tried quite a few: I wouldn't return to this place. Why? I found the salmon tartare completely squashed and soaked in sauce, with nothing left of the shape. The fish in the osomaki and uramaki wasn't particularly fresh, in my opinion; and when I ordered the nigiri, there were two inches of hard, cold rice, so I basically had to cut the rice in half to enjoy the slice of fish—which was completely tasteless and very pale. I feel sorry for the people who work there, because they're very nice people. However, I wouldn't recommend it due to the quality of the food.

29/06/2025: The ideal restaurant for a couple's dinner. It ranges from 'cacio e pepe' to 'ramen', a mix of Italian and oriental cuisine, all accompanied by a wide selection of fine wines. A warm and welcoming environment embellished by a beautiful wall bookcase that makes the atmosphere a bit similar to that of a literary café. There are also tables outside. Convenient parking spaces on the street. (it is an internal road with no traffic at all). The bill is really honest.

22/11/2025: My overall opinion is mixed. As for the pizza, I can say it's all good: excellent ingredients and beautiful to look at, perhaps cooked a little overcooked. The staff is incredibly sweet: they're all young men and women, very attentive, courteous, and polite. The only flaw is that they put us at a table right next to the pizza counter. I had a basket of scissors on my head and could hear all the comments from the guys at the pizza oven. Unfortunately, the extractor hood isn't optimal, so we left with a noticeable odor on our clothes. I don't want to be negative at all, but the two tables right next to the pizza counter aren't a good solution. It's best to remove them since the place is large. Anyway, well done guys, we'll definitely be back because the pizza is worth it. Congratulations.

27/11/2025: Historic restaurant in Acquanegra sul Chiese. I recently went there with friends for a weekday dinner. The food was good: I enjoyed a pan pizza (they also make round pizzas on weekends), tagliatelle with mushrooms, and a tiramisu. Quality ingredients and well-executed dishes. Friendly staff and attentive service.
