31/07/2024: Service: Long waiting time due to short staffing - I don’t think it’s the fault of the waitress, but it would be good to have more than one waiter/waitress for that many tables. Food: Pizza was very oily, it was hard to finish it, me and partner don’t feel good after the dinner

19/07/2024: Celebrated anniversary with friends last night... perfect climate, very kind and helpful staff as always. Ate imperial horse steak rare, really good, tasty and tender. Tasted other people's pizzas and they were all excellent, especially the one with porcini mushrooms. A special thanks to Sara who makes you feel like a King from the choice of dish to the coffee and coffee killer. No stress just the beauty of Sardinia. Prices ok... parking available and being on the hill it's a cool evening. Registered in the family book

17/02/2024: Pizzeria principalmente da asporto ma con tavoli per consumare la pizza in loco. La pizza niente di speciale, non vi aspettate una pizza napoletana, molto lontana. Ambiente surreale, il cameriere ci ha chiesto se volevamo le posate 🙄. Buono per un pasto veloce e senza pretese.

02/08/2024: In questa attività si possono mangiare hamburger decisamente buoni con contorno sempre di patatine e salsa. Il prezzo a mio avviso è accessibile, seppur leggermente sopra la media comunque abbordabile. La location è ben curata anche a livello estetico negli interni. L’unica pecca è la bassa disponibilità di parcheggi vicini al ristorante.

21/07/2024: Io e la mia ragazza sabato sera siamo andati a mangiare il posto carino, il cibo molto buono ma nel locale c'era un caldo terribile, abbiamo provato a chiedere se l'aria condizionata funzionasse e ci è stato detto che l'aria andava malgrado ci fossero 35 gradi, vi lascio immaginare dopo aver mangiato un panino rovente che per quanto buono sia ci ha fatto letteralmente sudare. All'interno del locale tutti avevano qualcosa per sventolarsi che sia un menù o un pezzo di carta i camerieri pure loro molto accaldati e alcuno parecchio sudati, e qualche cameriere era obbligato a tamponarsi per non fare brutta figura, se nessuno prenderà provvedimenti lo consiglio ma per il prossimo inverno.

13/07/2024: Free chips as soon as you arrive, delicious non-Neapolitan pizzas with a high crust but honestly even better because they are well stuffed! Very nice owners and very clean place, thanks to all the staff!!

02/08/2024: The reviews brought us here and, since I believe in word of mouth, I leave my contribution because it can also help attentive merchants. The last review complained about the lack of prices and an expensive cover charge, now the table menus have appeared and the two euro cover charge has been enriched with a small sample of cheese and raw meat whilst waiting for the dishes ordered. The menu is not extensive but the quality of the food is good at prices that are perhaps a little high for a mountain refuge (if it is a refuge). The place is lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. Advised!

26/07/2024: The cold cuts and cheese platter is good, the service is excellent, the prices are honest, but... 1. the table lacks a menu, so you only find out what you spend at the end 2. Covered at two euros for a piece of paper and a napkin, even a paper one, or not

21/07/2024: Siamo stati al rifugio diverse volte e abbiamo sempre mangiato bene, tanto che abbiamo deciso di festeggiare qui il nostro matrimonio. Tutto è stato organizzato in modo perfetto non ostante un cambio dell’ultimo minuto a causa del tempo. Tutti si sono trovati bene e hanno fatto i complimenti per il cibo veramente buono e abbondante. Tutto lo staff è stato cortese e disponibilissimo e abbiamo festeggiato fino a tardi. Questo ha contribuito a renderla una giornata indimenticabile! Torneremo per l’anniversario😀

10/07/2024: Siamo tornati al rifugio SEL dopo due anni ed è stata una riconferma! Gentilezza, cortesia e tutto squisito! Dopo la passeggiata al Belvedere, fermarsi qui è un dovere! Straconsigliato!

28/07/2024: To tell the truth, I had booked through Google so I didn't know about it... I could have given the benefit of the doubt and gone in to eat but... as soon as you crossed the threshold you saw dirt everywhere, the place was visibly let go, staff with little professionalism. ..we left with an excuse...disappointment...

10/07/2024: I ate very well! A nice fish-based lunch, accompanied with house wine. We had spaghetti with clams and paccheri with crab, my paccheri were really tasty and very good. As a second course, an excellent mixed fried dish.

17/07/2024: Watch out for the prices! Snack during the week: €6.50 for a ham and cheese sandwich and €6.00 ​​medium beer; prices not declared and alternatives (toast) not available.

03/08/2024: Service was very rushed, since the terrace was overstaffed and not regulated (we got helped by 7 different staff, only 2 of which were competent). The gluten free pizza turned out to be not so, though we caught their mistake in time. One plate was collected while the rest were not remotely done eating. Food was good, not great, but at perfectly reasonable prices.

05/08/2024: So food wise it was actually better than we expected based on the reviews. The spaghetti carbonara in particular is one of the best we have eaten: the noodles were nice and firm, the egg was not set and the ham was nice and crispy. The colorful chairs create a nice ambience and there is enough shade. Fair price-performance ratio. However, the service team was understaffed. It took forever for the table to be cleared, for us to get the menu, for us to order and for us to finally have something to eat. 😅
