06/12/2025: Excellent venue, welcoming atmosphere, professional and friendly waiters. Good food and wine.

20/10/2025: We had lunch for three, seated at a table for two. Discount-store fries, the girl pours us prosecco, and after the third glass, the wine runs out... she pretends not to notice. The first tagliolini with squid ink arrives, very salty, the plate is left, inedible. I asked for half a glass of white wine, nothing, they go by the glass or bottle. I'd heard about a nice place with good food... I definitely won't be returning.

27/11/2025: Thin-crust pizza, generous portions, and cooked in a high-quality electric oven. Served in a modern, comfortable setting at fair prices.

08/11/2025: I regretfully admit that over the past three or four times, the quality of their pizzas has drastically declined. I'm talking about home deliveries. It pains me to write a negative review. I have great respect for the kind, hard-working people, but I can't pretend everything is the same as before. I hope these are tough times and that you rediscover the quality that has always distinguished you and made me a loyal customer for years.

29/09/2025: I've been to the Pozzoni bakery several times and have always had a great experience. But this morning I went back for some focaccia and pan dei morti... What can I say? The focaccia was so salty I couldn't stomach it, and the pan dei morti was dry and tasted almost like detergent. I don't know what they added, but it had a flavor that had nothing to do with the real pan dei morti. €14 down the drain.

24/08/2025: For breakfast, the place is beautiful and delicious. The pastries and desserts in general are very good (I'd add that their pistachio spread is top-notch). The only flaw is the drinks: they're too expensive for their quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks for this reason alone. However, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it is. If they'd lower the drink prices, it would be 5 stars.

03/09/2025: You can't see the lake, even with a telescope. It's a hole, and the prices are very high for the quality/price ratio. I'll never eat there again. 3 main courses and half a glass of wine cost €151. They take advantage of foreigners. Thieves.

18/11/2025: Osteria del Commercio was a wonderful discovery! During a visit to Lecco, I was looking for a place to eat really well, and I couldn't have chosen better. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely kind and professional lady who immediately made us feel at ease. We sat outside and she gave us plenty of time to choose our dishes. The pizzoccheri from Valtellina were impossible to resist: delicious, rich in flavor, and perfectly prepared. I then ordered the pork fillet with green peppercorns and baked potatoes... simply exquisite, tender, and delicious. All this was accompanied by a glass of Negroamaro, which made the dinner even more special. A truly excellent experience: quality, courtesy, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended!

20/08/2025: A simple place, mostly for takeout. There's also a counter with trestle chairs where you can eat in. The pizza is good and reasonably priced. At lunchtime, a pizza of your choice and a drink are available for just €6. Dine in or take out, a real bargain! I recommend it.

18/08/2025: Al Molo 5 is amazing! Great Italian food, fresh ingredients, and a terrace with beautiful lake views. Perfect spot for a relaxing dinner. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend! Make sure to use mosquito repellent.

My wife and I were visiting beautiful Varenna and decided to sit down at this bar to enjoy the view. However, the bartender was incredibly unwelcoming and told us we couldn't sit at the table we had chosen — without giving any clear reason. We asked about another table, and again were told no, for no understandable explanation. The overall attitude was so unpleasant that we left and found a lovely bar just across the street, where the staff was kind, the drinks were great, and we actually felt welcome. To this place — we wish you the best of luck… though with that kind of tourist-trap attitude, we hope people choose better. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, drinks or service — because we never had the chance to try them. My wife and I were visiting beautiful Varenna and wanted to sit in this bar to enjoy the view. The bartender, however, was incredibly rude and told us we couldn't sit at the table we'd chosen—without providing a clear reason. We asked if we could sit at another table, but we were also told no, without any comprehensible explanation. The general attitude was so unpleasant that we left and found a delightful bar right across the street, with friendly staff, excellent drinks, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We wish this place the best of luck—but with its tourist-trap attitude, we hope visitors choose better places.

05/10/2025: Everything was absolutely fine. Except for the owner—simply unfriendly... but the rest of the friendly staff more than makes up for that.

06/09/2025: A pleasant place for a drink or dinner right on the harbor. I got plenty of snacks with my drink, the service was incredibly friendly, the view of the surfers and boats was amazing, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
