20/10/2025: It's not easy to explain what Luis's gelato is, because it's a combination of so many things. So I'll just say: go try it, sit back, and enjoy the sweetness of life.

10/10/2025: Beautiful gelato, creamy, not too sweet and every flavour I tried was the bomb. I especially liked malaga and pistachio. Owner a true gentleman. You can buy your gelato and go down to the quiet waterfront with benches to enjoy it. Loved it 10/10

03/06/2026: Very good food, very friendly staff. The lake view is very pleasant. They also have a small parking lot, which is a great convenience given the restaurant's location.

23/05/2026: We went to La Breva on very short notice on a Thursday evening, as our landlady recommended it. We got a lovely table with a view of the lake and the pretty garden. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was simply superb. We'd love to come back.

17/05/2026: Had a wonderful dinner at Il Crotto. We called to make a reservation for dinner around lunchtime and the restaurant was so accommodating! We also asked if we could bring our dog and they said they would “prepare some water” for her. How sweet!! Dinner itself was delicious, we had a great wine recommendation to go with our T-bone steak (highly recommend this menu item) and then a delicious dessert and some sweet wine on the house. You should definitely visit if you’re in Lierna or the surrounding area!

17/05/2026: I had a really great time at Crotto. It was a lovely lunch; we ate very well, and everything was delicious. I especially liked the fact that it's a traditional, recognizable place, with cuisine that still retains a very authentic feel. One thing that particularly struck me were the desserts: you can taste that they're homemade and reflect local artisanal production. Places like this are becoming rarer these days, so when you come across them, it's a real pleasure, especially if you discover them somewhat by chance, as we did. The terrace was also very nice. We were lucky because it was a beautiful day, with a perfect temperature, and that made lunch even more enjoyable. We also made friends with the waitress—I think she was the head waiter—who was very friendly and made us feel at ease throughout the meal. A truly positive experience. For anyone passing through, it's definitely a place to stop for a relaxed lunch.

02/06/2026: We used a Baci Perugina voucher at this restaurant. We chose lake fish dishes, which were delicious, but they also offer meat and vegetarian options. The restaurant has a lakeside terrace where you can watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly and offered suggestions for appetizers. Generous portions and excellent prices.

01/06/2026: A stunning veranda overlooking the lake. Finally, a restaurant without crowded tables. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent fish, prepared with skill and imagination, without sacrificing flavor or quantity. Truly a pleasure. The bread could be improved. Adequate prices. Definitely worth returning.

25/11/2025: A 10. We stopped on the way to make some pancakes and toast and coffee, 4 coffees, 2 toasts and 1 pancakes 20 euros, everything was delicious.

03/11/2025: We had a coffee stop on our way back to Milano airport at this little place and I forgot a brand new jacket there… After arriving to our final destination and when I realised it, I called them straight away to ask if they found it. It happen they did and they were really into helping me getting it back… finally : they sent it back to me to France 🥹🥹🥹 Matteo, who was my first interlocutor, was more than great 🙏 He really wanted to help me and he did! Beside their kindness, the place is very cute and is in a very good location if you want an easy stop near the lake (they even have their own parking lot!) Thank you so much again 🫶

08/10/2025: A very atmospheric, cozy place. The sisters (the owners) are friendly and pleasant. The food is a special treat. I definitely recommend it!

15/02/2026: Excellent pizzeria, truly delicious. Quality leavened goods and ingredients. Young and friendly service. The best in the area.

14/02/2026: Just a few minutes from the lake, there's no need to wait in lines. The focaccia is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, happy to advise and recommend their specialties. The price for a coffee and brioche is very reasonable at €2. I totally recommend checking it out!
