17/05/2026: Excellent place where you can find excellent sandwiches, piadinas, focaccias, hot dishes, salads, everything delicious, excellent beers too, it's my favorite place in Mandello, I've been going there for years and I would never change, very kind staff too.

11/06/2026: This place deserves 6 stars... Getting there is indeed difficult, but it's worth the effort. The place is amazing, the food is delicious, and I could live there. 😂

31/05/2026: We had lunch on the veranda on May 31st. Despite the scorching hot day, it was very cool. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the dishes we ordered were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

05/06/2026: We stopped to get something to eat, pizza or something else. When we arrived, we waited for someone to come over to ask us... after a while, a gentleman arrived and asked us to wait a moment while he prepared the table. I should point out that there were already 3 or 4 free tables on the veranda, but only one couple inside the restaurant... anyway, we were still there waiting... we didn't lose sight of him because he was in front of us leaning against a counter in the tavern and hadn't yet given the order to set the table or prepare a table... a few more minutes passed and he told his waiter to ask a table of 6 if they wanted dessert... there were free tables and there were two of us... How did it end? After 15 minutes of waiting at the entrance, we went for dinner. We stopped because we had a good time the last time, we found it again by chance since we're not from the area, but I think things have changed in 20 years.

26/04/2026: The food and the view were truly amazing. We had ravioli and a mixed lake fish plate, and both were delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the entire experience. My wife and I simply asked for an extra plate to share our meals, which is a very normal request. However, the waiter refused to provide one, responded in a very rude manner, and even bad body language. What made the situation worse was her attitude—she started explaining how to divide the food as if I were a child, which felt very disrespectful and humiliating. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that otherwise offers such great food and a beautiful setting. It’s a real shame that such poor and unprofessional service can ruin what could have been a perfect experience.
