18/01/2026: A lovely evening with friends.
The appetizers were top-notch, worthy of a 5-star meal.
Followed by a fried dish that didn't live up to the restaurant's name.
The baked sea bass was okay.
The first courses (served last) were passable, perhaps I'm used to bolder flavors.
Followed by gelato on a bed of fruit that was excellent, and a mini cannolo that was twice as good.
Coffee followed by a jug of amaro to help digest the bill.
17/01/2026: Very satisfied, excellent and plentiful dishes. It's a shame they closed at the end of January 😕
We hope they open again...it's definitely worth it 🏆🏅

30/07/2026: We were here in April 2026 and had some truly exceptional croissants. I think they're among the best I've ever had. I don't know if they make them themselves or if they source them from an outside vendor, but the quality is truly remarkable.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

22/07/2026: We went there with three friends to have nice italian pizzas, and we're so happy that we went there. Half the tables were occupied, which is a good sign : not empty, not full, from what we seen there was some regulars, and without reservation we had a table for 4 for lunch. The waiters are very warm and polite, their pizzas exactly what we wanted. I recommand this place, which is a little hidden behind the road so don't hesitate to go !

19/07/2026: Photos are misleading- it is under the highway overpass and next to train tracks. There is no air conditioning inside and outside tables are infested with bees. Slow service, mediocre food, bottle of salt all sticky, no soap in the women’s bathroom. 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff was polite and the prices are cheap. Fine for a quick bite if you are just passing through.

22/07/2026: 1 Schiatt, 1 pizzoccheri, 1 shank and polenta with 1/2 liter of house red wine and a coke = about €70. Is this normal? It seems out of place to me. However, the location and service were excellent; the sciatt were average, the shank and polenta were really good, but the pizzoccheri were absolutely unpalatable. Not recommended, and obviously, we won't be returning.

09/07/2026: We stopped here after the traditional stroll to the Belvedere del Parco Valentino.
A sort of aperitif, we ordered two platters of cured meats and cheeses, two bottled beers, and two sliced sandwiches.
Everything was delicious, and the in-store staff were friendly and helpful.
Prices were reasonable...
Next time we want to try their cakes; they looked beautiful!

11/05/2026: I was lucky enough to have lunch with my family at La Meridiana restaurant and we were truly satisfied...
The friendly and helpful staff makes you feel right at home, the dishes are wonderful, and the prices are super fair.
We tried the pizzoccheri, casoncelli, and wild boar with polenta... everything was sublime, dishes that shine through with experience and passion...
A place that warms your heart...
We can't wait to go back!!!

13/06/2026: The food and service were very good. It was supposed to be just an aperitif, but it ended up being a truly exquisite dinner. Everything was delicious, especially the Taragna polenta and the desserts.
20/03/2026: Popped in for a quick drink after the hike, staff were some of the friendliest ive met since ive been here and the beer garden has a great view of the mountains

14/07/2026: We ordered 3 takeout pizzas on the beach. The sausage and chips were inedible. The sausages were halal, not pork. The chips were old and rotten. I wonder how the chef didn't notice, since you can already tell they're raw like potatoes. I asked for the kebab without onions and tomatoes, and it arrived with onions and tomatoes! Terrible experience. I definitely won't be back.
05/07/2026: I ordered pizza to have it delivered to the lake at Ulysses Guzzi Park. They told me it would take 40 minutes, and that's exactly what happened. The pizza and prices were normal, and considering the queues at the park, this is an excellent service.

02/04/2025: In una domenica soleggiata, il locale si è riempito velocemente ma noi avevamo prenotato per tempo.
Ci sono molti posti a sedere.
Il servizio è veloce e il cibo proposto buono
Molto soddisfacenti i primi per qualità e quantità, mentre I secondi non ci hanno entusiasmato, soprattutto la tagliata. Magari un'altra volta proveremo qualche altro secondo
Per il nostro bimbo abbiamo trovato un seggiolone e stoviglie adatte
31/12/2024: È stata una piacevole esperienza. Personale gentile e veloce, ambiente rustico di montagna e piatti buoni ed abbondanti.
Pizzoccheri e cervo ai mirtilli veramente ottimi, anche tiramisù e crostata ricotta e marmellata di mirtilli da applausi. Prezzi più che onesti. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo.

12/11/2024: Ho organizzato in questo rifugio un ritrovo con amici per festeggiare il raggiungimento di un traguardo personale importante; avevo bisogno di supporto per gestire una presentazione e Iris è stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità oltre ogni aspettativa, aiutandomi sia con suggerimenti sia con la “fornitura” dell’hardware necessario. Ci siamo tutti sentiti accolti con partecipazione massima.
Oltre a tutto ciò, abbiamo mangiato molto bene, con cibo di qualità e in un ambiente rinnovato che fa sentire veramente “al rifugio”.
Consigliatissimo
