02/01/2025: Matteo and Barbara had already convinced us from the first meeting but the wedding day was far above expectations. With their professionalism and experience they accompanied us in the various moments of this exciting day, making it unforgettable. Our guests also appreciated the attention to detail and the "pampering" received from all the staff. Last but not least the enchanting location and the good food that won everyone over. 27/12/2024: The Fondaco contains everything you could want from a location: class, elegance, professionalism, top-notch food, well-kept greenery, large but not distracting, welcoming. When we visited it for the first time it gave us so many positive feelings, Matteo was the icing on the cake, what really convinced us. We were followed from A to Z, for every doubt, perplexity, question, we were always guided towards the best options for us; professionalism to spare, and finesse in everything that was executed and chosen. The organization of the wedding was difficult and tiring, and on June 7th Matteo made sure that we didn't have to think about anything anymore: our guests were looked after by him (and obviously by his entire team) for the entire the day, from the aperitif to the cutting of the cake, to the dancing, everything and I mean everything was organized to perfection. Not to mention food, attention to every need: from pregnant women, to allergies, to vegans, to intolerances; the menu we chose satisfied all palates and we, the spouses, also enjoyed it with great pleasure, for each course we were called to sit down for a few minutes and enjoy lunch. One can only imagine how everything will be, how the day will go, but in our case Matteo and the whole Fondaco team have outdone themselves! Better than we had dreamed, a day that we will never forget and that will always remain in our hearts. Thanks Matteo and thanks Fondaco

The environment is very elegant but easy-going, the staff very kind. Excellent food, the meat is the best we have ever eaten. Super recommended, we will definitely be back

30/12/2024: A place where tasting menus reign supreme. Very high quality, excellent appetizers with local products, refined first courses, top-quality second courses. Even if the location is a bit lost in the Po Valley lands, the place is a must in the area, but also outside the area, up to the neighboring regions.

Friendly staff but disconcerting waiting times: we ordered three first courses, two side dishes and a dessert, certainly quality products but with several flaws, for example the cream that accompanied the cake was completely liquid. In addition to the long wait and having to call the staff back to order twice, the place was cold, not to mention the bathroom, which was freezing and can be reached by passing through an open corridor...

The menu offers a perfect mix of original and perfectly balanced dishes, without neglecting the typical specialities, which are enhanced with a unique touch. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes this place a true hidden gem. The environment is traditional but with attention to the smallest details, giving an authentic and refined experience. Open for both lunch and dinner, it is definitely one of my favorite restaurants, where I always return with great pleasure. Highly recommended!

12/01/2025: Beautiful place immersed in the Crema countryside not far from the Adda river. The food is very good, the presentation of the dishes is top, including the service and the staff. I recommend booking.

16/10/2024: Best grill restaurant I know! The quality they offer is really high and everything is really good, the price is appropriate for the flavors of the dishes. The place is very intimate with few seats inside but also with seats outside and the owners are really very kind!

Unfortunately I had a small problem with an incorrect change, but they were very professional and immediately refunded me via bank transfer. Therefore, in addition to having a very high quality of food, both for sushi and Chinese dishes, they are also very professional!
