A lovely place; we had a wonderful evening with friends (9 people). The waiter gave us excellent advice and was very attentive to our group. Excellent value for money for the antipasti, main course, and dessert.

Il Bosco is a restaurant where you can spend a pleasant evening as a couple or with friends. Quality food, but portions are small for the price (octopus on creamed potatoes cost €15, a shame it was just one tentacle, thinly sliced, and the tortelli cremaschi were also too small). Obviously, I wasn't expecting trattoria-style portions, but neither was I expecting "the taste is good, now you can bring the rest." Instead, the cured meats and fried gnocco were adequate portions, as was the tender and flavorful rib-eye steak. The wine selection was excellent. The desserts were small, but good. Priced at €45 per person, for two courses, side dish, dessert, and a bottle of wine, I think it's a fair price.

In the 90's I was a regular customer of this restaurant, having lunch there at least 3 time's a week, often with customers and/or colleagues. I loved the menu and found it to be reasonably priced. Also the staf and owner were very professional and helpful. Then I was transferred abroad and so I did not visit this restaurant again until recently. I was pleasantly surprised it remained of the same quality as I remembered. Excellent menu, professional staf, reasonably priced. Exactly the same as it used to be in the 1990's.

I came here by chance. The atmosphere immediately inspires trust. The restaurant is an old farmhouse, has plenty of seating, and the food is excellent. They have a wide variety of dishes: meat, fish, and local truffles. The staff is courteous and well-trained. I recommend it.
