Hostaria San carlo In Moscazzano

We went to this place on Easter Sunday. Nothing to say about food and service, but when it came to the bill I found it unfair that we charged the children for the full menu even though they only ate a plate of pasta and strawberries. They could have notified us when ordering.

I visited it for dinner with my family and friends, curious to taste its dishes, I must say that the food is good, I ate the excellent first courses. The prices are reasonable, the elegant, bright location is excellent, the elegant cuisine for very refined palates, the dishes are presented with style, the rooms are very clean, the staff is qualified, very friendly and helpful, always ready to satisfy every request, the owner, a friendly and kind person, was able to recommend excellent dishes, good service, panoramic view, I recommend everyone to go there.

Nonostante sia poco lontano dal paese in cui sono cresciuta, ho scoperto Hostaria San Carlo solo grazie a una vecchia puntata di "4 Ristoranti". Ho deciso di andare per un pranzo in famiglia verso la fine del 2023, per poi tornarci più volte sempre in famiglia. La location è molto carina, immersa nella campagna cremasca (forse non facilissima da trovare per chi viene da fuori), arredata in modo essenziale ma con gusto. Il menu è stata la vera sorpresa. Include una selezione di piatti della tradizione con rivisitazioni moderne e qualche influenza nordeuropea. Buonissimi i salumi del territorio, ottima la carne (cotta a meraviglia in tutti i piatti), saporita la pasta ripiena, interessanti i dolci. Un posto in cui tornare e ritornare, fino ad aver provato tutto il menu!

Excellent trattoria with a refined taste that teases the palate! Many dishes to choose from on the menu which is truly complete. Enjoy excellent meat dishes. Slightly expensive. Good service with correct waiting time.

Capito spesso in qusto ristorante per un veloce pranzo di lavoro e mi trovo sempre benissimo. Ho provato come antipasto un ottima passata di fagioli con frutti di mare e come portata principale una sfiziosa spadellata ai frutti di mare A74
