Excellent place in Apricale! The welcome and service were impeccable; the dining room was lovely; the food was very good and plentiful, offering excellent value for money; the option to book via WhatsApp is a real plus for tourists who don't speak Italian.

Quintessenza Restaurant

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, beautiful table setting, and very fast, professional service. Desserts were classic but not as good as the main courses.
09/05/2026: We were there on a Friday evening; it was very crowded and incredibly hectic. It was very loud inside. The "fish of the day" was good, and the pasta was okay. Unfortunately, not all the dishes on the menu were available. The service suffered due to the hectic atmosphere; we were asked about our orders several times, and sometimes we even had to ask again. Despite the good food, we can only give it a qualified recommendation.
