Before I tell you about the food at this place, I'd like to mention the professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, and cleanliness of the staff. Their hands are well-groomed, their hair is tied back, and their nails are absolutely not overly long and clean. The waiter with glasses is very professional and capable of performing his job impeccably, especially without putting his fingers in the plate when bringing the dishes to the table! Despite the large number of people who stop by to eat, the place is always clean. The wait times—and this isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as an added bonus—are a bit longer than other places because they cook the pasta fresh. The pasta portions are truly generous... but they especially care about celiacs like me, who rarely find a place that offers gluten-free food with a truly excellent pasta brand, the best on the market for celiacs! What can I add: you leave the beach and head across the street to a cozy, quiet place to spend your favorite weekend, and that makes all the difference!

I discovered this spaghetti restaurant by chance on "Abillion." What a find! I was looking for a place to have dinner that had vegan options! The menu offers a variety of pasta shapes, served with a variety of sauces. I ordered the Fantasia pasta: fusilli with tomato, zucchini, eggplant, and oregano. The menu has a few vegetarian options (pasta with tomato, garlic, oil, and chili pepper, etc.), but there are tons of other dishes that can be made vegetarian; I think they can do so upon request! They bring you a bowl to help yourself from! For us, who were very hungry, it was heaven! The staff were friendly: all the tables were occupied (the place is very small, so I recommend making a reservation), but they offered to seat us if we could free up a table within an hour. We were served in 15 minutes, and we ate deliciously! Great price: we spent €34 with a cover charge, Coke, 0.5 liters of water, two pasta dishes, and two decaf coffees. One more reason to return to Diano Marina! Thank you so much!
