The place is very nice, with a terrace overlooking the sea and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is good, with generous portions... the only flaw is the service, which could be improved, especially in terms of payment processing. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. The prices are super fair.

When I enter a restaurant on a Monday evening and see it packed, with a spartan atmosphere and waiters always rushing around, I immediately have a good premonition. The quality of the meat and the entrees we ordered confirmed this. They were also kind and understanding with the kids, which is always a plus. Let me be clear: if in your ideal restaurant the waiter opens the door wearing white gloves and brings you 50 grams of Co-op meat in the center of a half-meter-wide plate, this place is not for you (and I know there are many of you). I recommend it to everyone else without hesitation. The icing on the cake was that when I got the bill I discovered that there was no cover charge for bread, one of those things that warms the heart in any season.

A unique place in a location you wouldn't expect. A truly exceptional culinary gem. Beautiful views from the windows, wonderful aromas wafting from the kitchen, and delicious food. The icing on the cake is Vincenz, the good spirit of this place, whose laughter and good mood are contagious. And kudos to the professional and friendly staff. It makes you want to come back.

We had dinner at the restaurant on Monday evening. The waiter (Andrea) was very polite and knowledgeable. Even though the restaurant was busy, he never lost his patience and answered our questions very competently. The food was excellent and of good quality. A real highlight... the owner is very friendly and always laughing (nicknamed Ridolino). We'll definitely be back.

The lobster pasta was absolutely incredible! Restaurant was full to the brim when we arrived (around 10pm) and so we had a few minutes to wait to be served, however the pasta dish was well worth the wait. We also had their Irish steak which was wonderfully cooked and seasoned, but not the most tender cut of beef - recommend to stick with the local dishes and Italian classics. Staff was friendly and polite.

Quick lunch without a reservation, friendly and quick service despite the full dining room. The food is delicious, perfectly fatty and flavorful, heavenly for mopping up the plate. The price was fair.

Very disappointed with the food. The seafood risotto was just rice with seafood, nothing like the consistency or taste of risotto. And it arrived 20 minutes after the other dishes. I understand that risotto takes time to make, but not this long. Especially since we weren't warned beforehand. The fries were cold. And the first batch of rostella was too…

10/06/2026: 🐔 We went to Cà Sottane for a wedding, and honestly, it feels like one of those places straight out of a Ligurian inland postcard. Nature everywhere, tranquility, animals roaming the surrounding area, and that authentic atmosphere that's increasingly rare these days. What struck us most is the real passion behind it: much of what's served is homemade, and you can taste it from the first bite to the last. Appetizers, first courses, second courses... everything is delicious, without exception. No "filling" courses, just things made well and with care. The staff was incredibly kind throughout the day, but a special mention goes to the chef: a character in the best sense of the word. Friendly, genuine, and captivating, one of those people who can put you in a good mood even before you've tasted what she's cooking. If you're looking for a place surrounded by greenery, with excellent food, animals, a family atmosphere, and people who put their heart into it, Cà Sottane is truly a place worth visiting. I would go back without thinking twice!!
