08/08/2025: We went here for an aperitivo. The staff were friendly, the spritz was average, and there was a small platter for two with a bit of everything. The place is a bit small, with the option of sitting outside. To be fair, the owner was the only one of the places we visited who explained what was on the platter.

19/07/2025: Pub with a few seats to enjoy a quick draft beer, delicious appetizers, a Leffe red and a weisse at excellent prices, friendly staff.

25/08/2025: The appetizers served during our half-hour wait for two takeout pizzas looked very nice and well-prepared. The waiter was very kind and friendly. The pizza was the worst I've ever tasted: spicy ham and mushrooms (I didn't ask for chili pepper), "plastic" mozzarella, and frozen dough. The sausage and chips (French fries, half raw). Terrible. I don't understand why both pizzas were spicy.

28/09/2025: The restaurant has a terrace with a wonderful view, and that's its only strong point. The food is of extremely low quality: spaghetti shredded as if they'd been split, overcooked, and the seafood was decidedly stale. The dessert was even more dated and of extremely low quality. The service was pitiful: there wasn't even enough bread for everyone; we had to ask for it repeatedly before getting even a few more slices. We waited an hour and a half between appetizers and first courses; the wait for dessert was shorter, but still eternity; when we asked for two spoons, we were told, "If I find them, it's fine."

20/09/2025: Above all, avoid it. We ate bruschetta and vongole at lunchtime. The price was unbelievable for a disgusting meal. I don't chew, but the bruschetta had square mozzarella with chopped tomato on top. A disgrace for 22 euros. I've never seen that. Really avoid it. It's a scam. The prices aren't even displayed. I was just hungry. It's a shame. I'm very disappointed. Even my child would do better than that. Shame.

13/09/2025: We visited the charming village of Dolceacqua and had a memorable lunch at L’Osteria di Caterina. Quick, friendly service and authentic Italian dishes. The milanesa, pasta, and fish were all excellent. Don’t miss the porcini mushrooms, are absolutely delicious!

08/03/2025: A hamburger with no taste of dry bacon, fries that were too salty, and I'm even talking about fried calamari, the first and last time. And the best part: 2 bottles of water filled at the fountain.

17/06/2025: Notre restaurant préféré de Sanremo. Très belle terrasse, bonne ambiance, accueil très chaleureux, cuisine magnifique avec des produits frais et d’excellente qualité. On y allait trois fois en une semaine et l’on se réjouit d’y retourner. Merci !

04/06/2025: Ci sono posti che non sono solo ristoranti, ma vere e proprie esperienze. Nicò, in piazza Bresca a Sanremo, è uno di questi. Il cibo è semplicemente eccellente: piatti freschi, delicati, preparati con cura e passione. Ogni boccone racconta una storia di qualità e amore per la cucina. L’ambiente è caldo, accogliente, curato nei dettagli , si respira un’atmosfera autentica, che ti fa sentire a casa. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata la ragazza che ci ha serviti: di una dolcezza e disponibilità rare, gentile, attenta e sempre con il sorriso. È riuscita a rendere la nostra serata ancora più speciale. Un applauso sincero allo chef, vero artista della cucina, capace di sorprendere con abbinamenti audaci ma sempre perfettamente equilibrati. Si percepisce passione, ricerca, e un tocco di genio che rende ogni portata un piccolo capolavoro curato nei minimi dettagli ! 11/04/2025: Accueil exécrable, la serveur qui fait comme si vous n’êtes pas là et vous fait bien comprendre que les touristes ne sont pas les bienvenus et que seuls les locaux comptent…

06/04/2025: Je vous conseille de réserver, l'endroit est renommé. Nous avons pris des pizzas et des trofie. Tout était bon mais le service un peu long, le patron quand à lui n'est pas très agréable, la saison n'a pas encore commencé et je le trouve déjà à cran, heureusement que le jeune personnel est plus sympathique... Mais je vous recommande quand même ce restaurant pour ses pizzas 🍕

30/09/2025: We pride ourselves on being extremely polite and courteous Canadians and unfortunately the young waiter this morning treated us like second class citizens. We took a peek inside to see which pastries we would be interested in with our coffees. I confirmed with said waiter that the process was for us to sit at a table outside and place our order with wait staff. He watched us sit down and wait patiently, then waited until two other groups sat on either side of us and proceeded to take both of their orders. We have been trying speak as much Italian as we continue to learn. We left and found an amazing little place in the alley beside called La Tavernetta. We were greeted with smiles and treated like customers.

27/09/2025: I access the restroom; the door has a cork handle that stays in your hand when you open it. After a bit of difficulty getting it open, I go in and find pee on the floor, a dirty toilet, no toilet paper, and the door won't lock from the inside. I point out the unsanitary state of the place to the staff, and they laugh in my face, while the owner yells at me that they don't check the restroom every three minutes to clean and replenish paper. Too bad the lack of hygiene and decorum is more than just minutes. The coffee is decidedly watery and served rudely. A place in a prestigious square in Sanremo? I'll pass and hang up.

25/08/2025: Downtown restaurant, excellent food, trofie with pesto, spaghetti with seafood, prosecco, and very good desserts, good value, generous portions. The only downside was the wait; I don't know if it was just a busy evening, but it was a bit long even though the restaurant wasn't crowded!

24/08/2025: The interior is a bit dated. There's plenty of space outside. The food is good... I personally had the fresh linguine (and it tasted good) with shrimp and zucchini. The mixed fried fish was also worth it.
