23/07/2026: ABSOLUTELY AVOID. RUN AWAY! A truly awful experience, from start to finish. Total disorganization, both in the service and in the billing. The staff didn't even seem to know what we'd ordered: confusion reigned between one dish and the next, and we had the feeling they had absolutely no control over the orders. Unfortunately, the food was even worse. The tagliatelle with clams arrived all stuck together, with virtually flavorless clams. The rest of the fish also seemed to be of truly terrible quality. A decidedly disappointing culinary experience. But the most absurd thing came when it came time to pay: they didn't seem to know how much we were supposed to spend. The bills were calculated on the spot, giving the impression that they were just sketching out the prices on the spot. A situation that left us truly incredulous and which, in our opinion, should never happen in a restaurant. Between terrible food, completely disorganized service, and a sloppy bill management, our experience was completely negative. We definitely won't be returning, and we absolutely can't recommend it.

21/05/2026: Great location, right in front of the Sanremo Casino. 🍰 The cake was really delicious and fresh. 👌 Balanced dessert, not too heavy. ☕ Perfect for a quick break during a walk. 🏃 Quick and convenient service!!! 🌿 Simple but pleasant atmosphere!

10/04/2026: Returning to Colle San Bartolomeo is always like stepping back in time, to what was once one of the most important crossroads in our province. Hotel Ristorante La Pineta upholds tradition with excellent cuisine. A few dishes, but meticulous attention to detail: you immediately sense that everything is handmade with love. The first courses are excellent (I recommend the pappardelle), but the real surprise was the guanciale: so tender, it melted in your mouth without even needing a knife! The ambiance, reminiscent of a typical osteria where you feel at home (everything is spotless and smells fresh), and the excellent service deserve special mention. The lady who served us was extremely kind and attentive to every detail. An authentic place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking substance and quality.

18/06/2026: The owner is an incredibly friendly person and speaks some English. Incidentally, he has a great selection of beers and wines that aren't on the menu. The pizza was delicious. I had one with Scamorza cheese! You don't find that everywhere!

28/12/2025: No prices displayed outside. Limited selection, no house wine. The cook also waits tables while the woman looks after her son, seemingly oblivious to the customers except when it comes to taking payment. And most importantly, order a sandwich for dessert; there's hardly anything on the plates for an exorbitant price. So, definitely not recommended!

21/12/2025: Very disappointed!! Frozen chicken escalope and fries for 15 euros… avoid this place! It's a shame because the place is nice and the young man is too!

30/03/2026: A hotel to avoid at all costs. They completely ignore their guests and are incapable of keeping up with their requests. They are dishonest and will always prioritize money. It's deplorable. Run away!

25/03/2026: Absolutely appalling customer service. The place looks really nice, we'd love to go, but due to a car accident, we can't get there. We left messages, and when we call, they hang up on us. Unprofessional behavior at all.

21/12/2025: The focaccia is good, perhaps one of the best in Sanremo, but they're not transparent. More than once, I've been charged more slices than I ordered on the receipt, or they've inflated the prices. Yesterday, however, I ordered focaccia with olives and they didn't give me a receipt. Since it's happened to me more than once, I don't consider it an oversight!

13/12/2025: The food was excellent, the place was beautiful, but that's about it. The staff was completely disorganized; you can't waste people's time waiting in line. The outside tables were left dirty for a long time, becoming banquets for hungry and aggressive pigeons. What a shame.

22/11/2025: The owner has changed and I was very disappointed with the pizza and the service; I felt like I was in a canteen.

01/03/2026: We had takeout one evening, and everything was delicious, both the burgers and the arrosticini. The service was friendly and fast. Perhaps the beer was a little overpriced (€4 for €33), but otherwise everything was perfect.
