Civico 39 In Aprilia

Wonderful place...well-kept, welcoming, elegant, very kind owner and staff. Two of us came yesterday to have an aperitif: simply say, top!!! Refined and excellent quality raw materials, from hot to cold... and above all the advice given to us on Franciacorta: super spot on! (Caruna Brut). We will definitely be back for dinner and for the many delicacies seen on the menu....congratulations because there are few such special places around.

Excellent quality. Amounts a bit risky on first and some second.

it's always a pleasure to eat at Civico39; kindness, speed, goodness, comfort, cleanliness and freshness are just a few of the many qualities found in this enchanting little place that Ugo and his partner, a cook of unparalleled skill, offer to their guests in a natural way every time.

I'll be brief: very expensive compared to the quality and quantity of what we consumed.
