02/02/2025: Cincinnato Wine Resort è un luogo magico nel cuore dei Monti Lepini. Da famosa cantina del territorio, hanno creato un ambiente che sa di magia. Il ristorante è un open space vetrato che si affaccia sui vigneti, offrendo un panorama spettacolare che si estende dalla pianura pontina fino al mare. Gli ampi spazi aperti lo rendono ideale anche per le famiglie con bambini. L'arredamento è caldo e accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli. La mise en place è degna di un ristorante stellato. Il menù alla carta propone piatti ricercati, perfettamente abbinabili ai vini di loro produzione. È possibile anche optare per percorsi degustativi completi, che includono antipasto, primo, secondo, sorbetto e dolce. Sono disponibili due percorsi: uno da 60€ e un altro da 70€, quest’ultimo con vini più strutturati. In entrambi i casi, ogni portata è accompagnata da un calice di vino selezionato in abbinamento. I piatti valorizzano materie prime di alta qualità del territorio e sono tutti di altissimo livello. Le porzioni sono equilibrate, permettendo di assaggiare ogni portata senza sentirsi appesantiti. Il Brasato di manzo su crema di cavolfiore e patate, spinacio al burro e riduzione di Nero Buono, accompagnato dal vino Kora, è stato semplicemente indescrivibile: uno dei piatti più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato. Il servizio è impeccabile: attento, presente, ma mai invadente. I tempi di attesa sono perfettamente bilanciati, né troppo lunghi né troppo rapidi, permettendo di godersi l’esperienza senza fretta. Dopo pranzo, mentre i bambini si divertivano sul prato, ci siamo rilassati nel giardino di fronte alla splendida piscina a sfioro, che sembra fondersi con i vigneti e il panorama circostante. Il tutto accompagnato da un calice di Solina e Prosecco della loro eccellente cantina. I prezzi, considerando il livello della cucina e dell’esperienza, sono assolutamente onesti. Se volete vivere un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello senza spendere cifre esorbitanti in un ristorante stellato, questo è il posto perfetto. Parola di Boris Genovese.

27/02/2025: The quality of the products is good as is the plating, the external environment in winter is not the most comfortable, the price is in line with the quality of the food. A note to the waiters when the wine ordered is missing, it is good practice to present the wine list to the customers again and then perhaps suggest alternatives...

11/05/2025: Found it a bit by chance, because before we went to another place to eat fish in Terracina, we ate excellently! Two excellent and plentiful fish first courses, two delicious fried calamari and prawns, two chips, to drink (water and two 33cc bottles of beer, + 2 coffees for a decidedly cheap price! And even our 4 year old son ate there... The environment is clean (even the toilet) and welcoming, the service is fast and the staff are really friendly and courteous! I highly recommend it!

Top service...the girls were very good and even though it was May Day with lots of people and reservations, they were quick and always smiling!! Keep it up...there are few like you left!! 03/05/2025: Una passeggiata a Gaeta alla ricerca di una buona "tiella",inoltrandoci tra i vicoli che intersecano il bellissimo e assolato lungomare scopriamo uno scorcio veramente incantevole e poco affollato...incuriosito entriamo e..meraviglia un ambiente molto rustico ma nello stesso tempo accurato ricavato da una antica cantna(si parla del 1800) sovrastante una grande cisterna d'acqua visibile in più punti vetrati del pavimento...fotografie a non finire,ma andiamo al dunque:ottima tinella composta da vari assaggi per degustare le tipologie,senza parole condita a dovere e croccante....il personale molto socievole e incoraggiante al dialogo con tutti i commensali...prezzo/qualità ottimo...che dire cj ritornerò per provare il lato ristorante che promette bene...consiglio vivamente

27/02/2025: Excellent pastry shop, and friendly and helpful staff. Always be careful to satisfy every request even when ordering a dessert at short notice. I have always ordered cakes for my kids from them. A small cake every month until we finally ordered their first birthday cake, and we were never disappointed. We have always found product quality and attention to detail. We are now loyal customers and we are sure that by ordering from Punto Dolce we will never be disappointed. The cream puffs are excellent, much loved by my son.

18/04/2025: I have ordered several pinsas here from Staglio and every time it is a confirmation: light doughs, seasonal, quality ingredients and always delicious combinations, even in the special pinsas. One better than the other! Even the fried foods are worth it! The owners are always very kind and super helpful, and punctuality in deliveries is impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a really good pinsa, made with love, care and passion!

15/02/2025: Ci abbiamo pranzato oggi, di passaggio ad Aprilia e non sapevamo dove andare a pranzo, abbiamo scelto questo locale basandoci sulle recensioni e la scelta è stata felicissima. Locale carino, curato e pulitissimo. I proprietari gentilissimi. Il cibo, che dire ci è piaciuto tutto. Prezzi medio/alti ma assolutamente giustificati da qualità e servizio.
