01/10/2025: Rather than Caffè Bottoni, I'd call it Caffè Mosconi... I understand the weather and the related insects, but walking into the shop and seeing the display case open without any protection, with some flies landing, and while I was choosing one of them, it landed right on my pastry, so I promptly said I didn't want that one anymore but a different pastry, and the barista said, "It's the same anyway!" What does that mean... and what kind of response is that? Shame on you and adapt with sanitization. A simple fly screen on the open door would suffice. Or there are battery-powered fly swatters available online that can be attached to the dessert cases if they're really that hard to close. There's a lot of talk about HACCP, but everyone is acting out of personal (un)conscience. Obviously, you've lost customers, and I'm surprised that this bar has so many returning customers!!! I'm attaching a photo. As a food blogger, I'm disgusted...

09/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, a bit noisy due to the constantly loud music, and good food. But be warned: a cappuccino with cold milk, typical this season, will set you back €1.80 (yes, hot coffee and cold milk). Combined with the €1.40 for a croissant, it adds up to a rather unpleasant €3.20 total. I politely said goodbye and won't be going there again.

11/10/2025: Overall, a good hotel; the price is in line with the hotel's standard, the staff is friendly; the hotel doesn't offer nightly reception, and the rooms are a decent size.
