27/10/2025: A truly beautiful facility, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail to ensure guests' well-being. We had a fantastic, relaxing day. The only three negatives are: - Mandatory lunch on-site: when you stay all day, you're forced to eat lunch on-site, with no cheaper alternatives to the €29 (minimum) menus. - Poor food: an aperitif at a 5-star spa that mainly serves pizza and fried foods is unacceptable. A few more fruits and vegetables wouldn't have gone amiss. Lunch also needs rethinking. - Staff: With the exception of the front desk, the staff isn't 5-star trained. In many cases, the smile and customer service typical of luxury establishments were missing.

12/10/2025: 50th wedding anniversary lunch, very sketchy, improvised location. Nice confetti corner. I wouldn't go back.

18/08/2025: I was delighted with my experience at Tiber41 Restaurant. Located along the river, it offers a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine courtesy from the waiters. Their in-depth knowledge of the menu and ability to recommend the best dishes made our choice much easier. Now, speaking of the food... what can I say? Simply exceptional!! - Appetizer for two (raw/cooked) - Two first courses - A shared dessert - Two glasses of wine and a bottle of water - Bread and breadsticks Every dish was fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. The fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked. Furthermore, the attention and care shown by the waiters in ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied during dinner added a truly special touch to the evening. In conclusion, I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable culinary experience. I'll definitely visit again. I've attached some photos of the dishes I ate.

07/10/2025: Besides being a renowned bar in Sabaudia, it's above all an excellent restaurant, a business that has continually evolved over time, now reaching a certain level. Marco, besides being a friend, also has excellent staff and excellent cuisine. The dishes I ate were immensely delicious, with generous portions and a delicate yet bold flavor. The photos speak for themselves... I think it's one of the few places in Sabaudia that's truly worth a visit.

18/10/2025: A beautiful location surrounded by greenery, overlooking the Tiber River. Excellent cuisine with expert use of local ingredients. The service is excellent thanks to the efficiency, courtesy, and smiles of the staff. A heartfelt thank you for the delightful experience.

13/10/2025: We stayed at this establishment on a beautiful Sunday in October. There were 45 of us, and the menu was pre-arranged. The staff were very attentive to our dietary needs and truly welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. We'll definitely be back!

13/07/2024: What to say...! I don't call Filippo a chef.... For me he is the Master... This evening with a simple fish aperitif he delighted us with a simply, exaggeratedly delicious dish... Exaggerated tuna tartare with citrus fruits then swordfish with celery and very good pink sauce then very good octopus carpaccio steamed prawns with pink sauce a very good sauce with goat cheese all accompanied by its amazing 7-grain focaccia that you can eat and eat again... If you then taste his milk cream risotto with prawns flavored with truffles, you will start calling him MARSTRO too.. All always accompanied by the kindness of Giangi and the smile of Alessio Claudia and Gemma... A hug guys and thanks for your attention.
