07/08/2025: Bought bread two weeks ago because the oven was broken, and the whole family was extremely dissatisfied! The bread was tasteless and tasted like air. I don't know how to explain it... it was very light, almost too light. Maybe I'm just not understanding quality products? I don't know, but it didn't taste like bread at all, more like meringues... Maybe it was a bad day, I can't say, but I wouldn't go back.

29/08/2025: My partner and I visited this restaurant in August. The Amatriciana and Gricia were fabulous, a must-try. The owner and chef are kind, approachable, friendly, and very courageous, given the current situation in Amatrice. Besides eating well, you're helping a community in need.
