15/07/2023: 딱 로컬스러운 가게 앞에서 호객? 비슷하게 하시는 사장 할아버지에게 커피 마실수 있냐고 했더니 아메리칸 커피? 하셨음 ㅎㅎ 그러나 저는 카푸치노를 마셨습니다 크로와상 플래인 같이 먹겠냐고 먼저 말씀해주셔서 먹었고 토탈 3유로.. 커피도 맛있고 크로와상은 바삭하진 않았지만 맛있었습니다. 바깥 자리에서 먹었는데 바람이 시원해서 좋았으나 옆 테이블 담배 공격으로 힘들었습니다 ㅜㅜ

29/07/2023: We took tourist menu for 14€ and it was disgusting. Pasta was like babyfood and the roasted chicken tasted only old fat. Tiramisu icecream for dessert was from market. Don’t come here!

17/01/2024: Pizza is very tasty and cheap. So quality and taste in pair with price. And for 13 euro you can eat 2 pizzas and some beer. Kind people that make delicious pizza. They make everythink at the spot. Enjoy!!

21/07/2023: Vengo qui molte volte, specialmente nei momenti della colazione, perché rimango sempre di più soddisfatto. A partire dall’esterno, il locale si presenta in ottime condizioni, sia nella accurata ristrutturazione, sia nella pulizia di strade e quanto altro. Per quanto riguarda la parte interna, il locale è fornito di molti tavoli, dove ci si può tranquillamente sedere per fare colazione o altro, un bancone dove si posso trovare una vasta scelta di dolci di qualità, macchine per il caffè ecc…. Infine è fornito di una sala per il pranzo, con ampi tavoli, e varie finestre. Dopo tutto, vorrei anche fare molta attenzione al personale. Io non ho tante parole, se non: Soddisfazione, comodità, gentilezza, accoglienza, a non finire. Infatti appena effettuato l’ordine, mi servono il cibo in pochi minuti, ma specialmente, con un atteggiamento molto collaborativo e attento. Che dire, lo consiglio e lo continuerò a consigliare a tutti. Grazie mille!!

26/05/2025: Very much a five star gourmet experience here, every aspect of the meal superb. We were resident at the hotel (Borgo di Sutri) in which N’Uovo is situated. It’s a charming setting in several hectares of parkland, and the restaurant has a lovely big window overlooking this leafy aspect. Decor is elegant and refined but light and contemporary, and the sophisticated but unpretentious atmosphere complements this - no dress code or hushed whispers. Staff get it just right, they’re polished and attentive, but neither fawning nor stiff. The charismatic restaurant manager Alessandro leads the way, bringing a sense of fun alongside the expert service. The menu offers a la carte as well as several multi course tasting options, plus wine flights. The young chef endeavours to use localised produce, and his style is to blend traditional recipes with modern techniques. The result is excellent food. We opted for a la carte and enjoyed tasty, accomplished, prettily presented dishes. We were further wowed by the very generous, artistic procession of canapés and amuse bouche - an absolute feast! We felt prices to be very fair for the quality and environment, ditto the wine list, which offers ample affordable options alongside finer vintages. N’Uovo is already recognised by Michelin, an impressive feat for a comparatively new restaurant. Many reviewers on this site feel a star is imminent- and on the strength of this experience - we would certainly concur with that.

10/05/2025: Parto dalla fine: sono certo che "N'uovo, vino e cucina" avrà presto il riconoscimento stellato che si merita. Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in occasione di un soggiorno presso l'hotel Antico Borgo di Sutri all'interno del quale si trova. Cena per due: menù degustazione con sei portate selezionate dallo chef (2 antipasti, 2 primi, 1 secondo e 1 dolce). In fase di scelta abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile evitare alcuni piatti e siamo stati accontentati. Prima dei piatti è arrivato un aperitivo di benvenuto (con quattro piccoli assaggi buonissimi); così come anche prima del dolce è arrivato un po' di ottimo gelato al limone. Nota di merito anche per il pane, molto buono. I piatti erano tutti di livello. Se dovessi scegliere, tra tutti, quello che riprenderei naturalmente non avrei dubbi: l'antipasto che dà il nome al locale (N'uovo alla brace), che era davvero super (e particolare). Durante la cena abbiamo abbinato degli ottimi calici di vino, serviti con dovizia di spiegazione dal bravo sommelier, ed un rum finale invecchiato 18 anni davvero di livello. Anche il servizio è stato ottimo e preciso (ho notato che siamo stati serviti da tutti i camerieri, in modo molto naturale, segno di un'ottima gestione del rapporto sala-cucina). Dal punto di vista estetico l'interno del locale vuole essere molto elegante e credo ci riesca bene, perfetto per una cena romantica. Mi è piaciuta moltissimo anche l'idea di avere una "carta dei sigari" (che forse per gli intenditori può essere formata da sigari un po' troppo commerciali), ma che merita di essere lodata perché (come si dice) un buon sigaro può suggellare un'ottima cena, come è stata la nostra.
