09/05/2025: I went to the shop with my mother and sister to give three gifts for a communion. Like anyone who is about to make a purchase (even more so if we are talking about jewellery), I asked the owner to see a couple of bracelets and as many matching necklaces as well as a watch. The owner, in a grumpy and annoyed way, replied "but I can't dismantle the whole window..." Customer welcome and care, in a world of highly competitive commerce, now represent the only reason for choosing a physical store over e-commerce. If this is the ordinary attitude of the owner, as well as the only employee of the shop, I really fear that we will soon see another closed shutter at Gulliver. An attitude of condescension, unmotivated rudeness and ineducation, which combine with a type of goods that can easily be purchased elsewhere.

11/02/2025: Bad experience. I walked into this shop, which I'd usually seen empty, and now I understand why. I wanted to buy a men's necklace. Upon entering, I noticed a display case with some steel necklaces and two other displays of silver. I spoke to the person there, who I think was the owner, and he showed me the silver necklaces, specifically three or four. Then I asked if I could also see something in steel. But at this point, the salesperson told me he couldn't waste time showing me the entire store, when in reality there was very little selection for men, three small displays out of about twenty in total. I asked for an explanation for this unfortunate remark. He replied that he didn't have time to waste, but there were no other customers in the store. I think this is precisely the reason for the low customer numbers: his indifference. However, I purchased a silver necklace in another store, which was more welcoming and well-mannered.

24/10/2024: Ieri ho pranzato in questo Mc...che dire una meravigliosa esperienza a partire dalla pulizia, entrando c'è un buon odore non del pessimo olio bruciato come in molti punti. Tavoli e pavimenti stra-puliti, servizio al tavolo veloce, ma soprattutto cibo bollente appena fatto realmente buonissimo. Quando il cibo è servito e mangiato nei tempi giusti è incredibilmente gustoso e fragrante ..Basta queste patatine preparate prima per risparmiare sulle tempistiche e servite fredde flosce, in una parola immangiabili visti anche i prezzi. Sono contenta perchè non mangio spesso ai Fast Food soprattutto da mesi non non al Mc per pessime esperienze di: cattivo odore, cibo freddo e scortesia riscontrate in diversi punti tipo CC Anagnina o Parchi Colombo. Se siete in zona Eur provate questo punto vedrete la differenza!

19/05/2024: Purtroppo nel chicken burger da me ordinato c'era un...pelo. L'ho fatto presente, mi hanno portato un altro panino, sbagliato, che mi hanno lasciato per "risarcimento" e poi il panino giusto. In tutto ciò, neanche una parola di scuse. Se vi trovate in zona, prima di addentare, aprite ed ispezionate...

09/05/2024: Decisamente migliorato a seguito di alcuni cambi di personale di direzione. Cortesia, attenzione e premura sembrano essere la parola d'ordine in una situazione che si era adagiata oltremodo. Alessio, Francesco, Marika, Chantal, sanno rendere un luogo fast food, in una sorta di luogo familiare . L'entusiasmo e la professionalità sono palpabili. Speriamo nel non ricadere in vecchi ossidati meccanismi.

22/06/2025: Come sempre è un piacere tornare da voi. Sabato anche senza prenotare ( tutto pieno) ci avete fatto accomodare sul divano magico. Bellissima serata. Cucina povera ma molto curata, struttura come sempre un incanto e poi c’è lei, la dolcissima Saina che ci a fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Come vi ho promesso, a presto e vi auguro tanto bene.

26/02/2025: Esperienza terribile abbiamo ordinato due caffè e li abbiamo pagati 8 euro In 21 anni di vita non mi è mai successo di pagare un caffè 4 euro Con 4 euro puoi fare un sacco di cose, 4 euro sono un pranzo, 4 shot, due calici di vino a napoli, il biglietto per andare a napoli andata e ritorno e invece io li ho dovuti spendere per un misero caffè Mai più...
