Spirito Divino In Negrar

It's difficult to describe my experience, I found it on Google maps looking for a place to grab something quick with my daughter and then go to H, but instead I found myself in a small restaurant with special dishes and typically local products. The misunderstanding was revealed with the boy who apologized several times because the snack shop has changed management and should also change its name 😅 he tried in every way to find a solution by preparing a green salad with tuna and corn for my daughter (€9 ) there would also have been boiled eggs on the menu but it wasn't done in time and for me an appetizer, a plate of cheeses (€12) I thought I'd find the usual Monte Veronese, Asiago, Grana, Gorgonzola, with maybe some mustard or small vegetables ... instead I find myself with four types of blue cheeses with a really strong flavour, very very particular, so much so that, as I love cheeses, I wasn't really able to finish a couple of them, but if you are a lover of this type, try them, it's worth it ! Of course, I would recommend a bit of decoration and color on the plate, as well as explaining to the customer when ordering, which types of cheese they will be tasting, but perhaps we didn't have the time. 😁 However, I had the opportunity to notice the dishes of the neighbors at the table, well prepared, right portions. In short, I see it as perfect as the right little restaurant for a dinner for two with unusual dishes, definitely worth trying. The guy who served us? Well, he deserves all my respect and esteem, even my daughter was struck by such kindness. We'll try again, maybe this time not with the minutes numbered! 😉

Ottima esperienza, accompagnati da Marco abbiamo fatto in due ore quello che pensavamo non bastassero due giorni: ottime pietanze accompagnate da Prosecco, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone e Recioto. 😉👍🏽🍷👍😋🍽️🧑🏽‍🍳🍇

Ci siamo recati nella cittadina di Negrar per l'ospedale, io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in un host vicino a questo ristorante ed essendo molto comodo come posizione ci siamo recati per pranzo. Il pranzo è diventato cena, la cena è diventata di nuovo pranzo. Insomma siamo stati qui tutti i giorni a mangiare e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il loro piatto preferito da me è stato il brasato all'amarone, decisamente di altissimo livello. Ho postato foto dei piatti degustati da me e dal mio compagno nei giorni seguenti e sono stati sopra le nostre aspettative. Inoltre il barman del locale è in grado di farvi assaporare un ottimo spritz usando solo prodotti di alta qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Ambiente pulito e rilassante, con musica in sottofondo davvero bella. Personale gentile, cordiale, preparato, simpatico e attento a spiegare ogni singola pietanza. Piatti belli ma sopratutto buoni, dagli antipasti ai dolci, uno meglio dell'altro. Prezzi nettamente nella media, considerato la genuinità e la freschezza dei prodotti usati. Luogo perfetto per pranzi e cene da ricordare. Super consigliato!!!!!

Personale gentile e disponibile,attento nella preparazione e nella spiegazione di ogni piatto,ampia scelta di vino e grande attenzione da parte del personale di consigliare il giusto calice,luogo ideale per passare una bella serata in compagnia accompagnati da buon cibo,bella musica e buon vino "viziati" dalle attenzioni del personale.

Bel posto pulito e accogliente. Ottimo cibo dall'antipasto al dolce. Ottima accoglienza. Stata due volte e se dovessi passare da Negrar sicuramente ci ritornerei.
