04/08/2024: Dopo un bel po' di tempo che ci siamo accomodati abbiamo dovuto chiedere ad un cameriere se potevamo ordinare perché al nostro tavolo non veniva nessuno a servirci. Bibite arrivate subito, 4 pizze sono arrivate dopo 1 ORA e neanche tutte assieme. Ed erano PESSIME! Sono più buone quelle di Eurospin. La mia, classica Margherita, insipida. E poi una pasta che bo, neanche quelle surgelate hanno quell'aspetto. Peccato per il posto che è carino, ma MAI PIÙ.

18/07/2024: The place is a bit old, I'm a lover of Chinese cuisine, I travel often for work, I know many restaurants. But I think I ate the best rice spaghetti with prawns ever, well plated and well seasoned. I had two servings! Friendly staff, fast service. I will definitely return.

08/07/2024: From the outside it doesn't look very attractive (they also removed the typical Chinese lanterns) and inside it is a bit spartan and not very large but beyond this, the main factor is the food is good, generous portions (especially of the more Chinese dishes). than the Japanese ones) and honest prices (even if it's à la carte you can fill yourself up staying between 15 and 20 euros but also staying around 10 euros for those who don't eat much). There is sushi and various maki. Friendly staff and ok service (actually the last time I ordered a salmon chirashi but a mix chirashi arrived but I didn't say anything because the price was the same and I liked it anyway). It was a weekday and just opened for lunch so there was practically no one there so the dishes arrived quickly. It is located on the parallel road to the castle of Villafranca, during the week you will find parking (free without parking disc) on the same road quite close by.

08/06/2024: Una chicca a Verona. Passeggiando abbiamo trovato questo locale con un banco di formaggi e salumi davvero accattivante. Grazie ad un piccolo giardino che affaccia sull'Agide puoi prepararti il tuo panino scegliendo i salumi e i formaggi che desideri. Tutto ottimo ma il salame toscano era spettacolare. Il personale è sorridente e non è cosa da poco. Già questo vale il massimo della valutazione. Complimenti!!!

29/05/2024: Tappa fissa per quando si va a Verona, per un pranzo veloce o per un aperitivo è la soluzione migliore per mangiare bene con una vista stupenda in centro città: vino, salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità!

06/08/2024: Nice trattoria near the site, there is the possibility of eating normally sitting at the table and being served or self-service, where you order the dishes and then there are benches in front of the trattoria under the trees to eat. Good food, fast service. In my opinion the prices are a little high.

25/07/2024: Il ristorante è situato in una bellissima posizione. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e offre un buon servizio. La settimana scorda abbiamo cenato lontano dalla calura estiva di quei e questi giorni. La qualità del cibo non ci parsa di gran qualità in genere. Trovo esagerato il prezzo di 8 euro per l'antipasto esiguo, che consiste in tre (tre) fette di salame, un po' di giardiniera, una fettina microscopica di formaggio e una similare di polenta. La grigliata non era eccezionale, mentre la carne salá con fagioli non era male così come la cotoletta con patate che ha preso mio figlio. Buone le verdure di contorno. La crostata di frutta non ha avuto successo. Riepilogando: 4 antipasti 2 carne salá con fagioli 1 grigliata mista 1 cotoletta con patate 2 porzioni di verdura mista 1 litro di vino sfuso 2 bottiglie di acqua 1 fetta di torta 1 sorbetto 1 amaro. Totale 134 euro. Gentilmente ci hanno offerto il limoncello.

07/06/2024: Really rude waiters, pizza delivery always late. Sometimes pizzas ordered at 7pm and 9.30pm have arrived, causing disappointment among guests.

08/08/2024: We went a few nights ago for a business dinner. The place is very nice with a modern style. There aren't that many tables, which makes the space much more intimate than classic downtown restaurants. We tasted some wine recommended by the staff and dined with tartare as a starter and, to follow, some excellent cuts of meat (Chateaubriand, Picanha and Fiorentina). All the cuts were excellent, cut with a knife into very fine slices. A little unusual, but exceptional. Recommended for anyone who wants to taste a good meat dish 🥩

26/08/2024: Premetto che quanto servito era di qualità. Ma.. veniamo accolti da una signorina che pareva felice di fare quel lavoro come un impiccato davanti alla corda. Eravamo con una sedia a rotelle e, nemmeno per scherzo, ci hanno aiutato a spostare le sedie per farla stare.. E non era affatto pieno. Chiediamo qualcosa.. non ricordo.. e, sempre la stessa, ci apre quasi sbattendolo sul tavolo il menù davanti. Come a dire "Ma siete rimbambini?" E poteva avere anche ragione.. ma esiste modo e modo. Il toast è arrivato molto in ritardo e su sollecito. Ma si sono scusati al momento del pagamento. Entro per pagare.. erano in 4 (titolari o dipendenti..) dietro il bancone. Nessuno mi ha salutato. Hanno continuato a parlare delle loro cose mentre attendevo.. senza farmi un minimo cenno. Poi qualcuno mi ha preso la comanda dalle mani (sempre senza salutare) ha fatto il conto. Ho pagato. Ho salutato e solo dopo un po' mi avere di avere sentito rispondere un "buongiorno". Per quanto mi riguarda non ci tornerò.

31/08/2024: Found at the last minute. I have to say it was a nice surprise. We were looking for a place where we could relax having arrived in Verona in the afternoon. Here we immediately found a family atmosphere, very welcoming. All in all, the room was large, perhaps in need of a bit of tidying up, especially the bathroom as it has a bathtub with attached curtain...not now...but really clean. We then went to the swimming pool, where we had an aperitif complete with appetizers. In the evening we stopped to eat in their restaurant, good, the waiter very professional. The owners are wonderful people who make you feel at home. It is also just a few minutes drive from the center of Verona.

10/08/2024: We've eaten at the Giardinetto restaurant in San Zeno di Montagna several times in the last few days and every time it was an absolute highlight! As a starter we enjoyed the Vitello Tonnato – perfectly prepared and a real treat. We then ordered a pizza prosciutto, which was excellent both in terms of taste and preparation. Our meal was accompanied by an excellent Bulgarini which complemented the flavors wonderfully. The crowning finale was a delicious ice cream, which rounded off the evening perfectly. The ambience of the restaurant is very inviting and the service is always friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we would highly recommend to everyone. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
