06/01/2026: A very beautiful place, an excellent starting point for various hikes, located just above the Veja Bridge. It has a large parking lot and an outdoor area where you can grab a picnic. The bar counter is made of fossils, very beautiful and unique, and the trattoria is welcoming and well-stocked, whether for a quick stop or a more complete meal. The owners are helpful and kind, and the fresh pasta is very good and plentiful (I recommend the one with truffle). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the meat, which didn't seem freshly cooked but rather reheated from the day before, both in taste and appearance. This is the only downside; I'd recommend perhaps ordering the first course and desserts, because the meat was disappointing for the price.

30/12/2025: Excellent trattoria, definitely above average. Excellent food, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere, but it's a shame the bar entrance dampens the atmosphere a bit.

30/12/2025: Authentically Italian and not just geared towards tourists. The staff is very friendly, the music is cool, and the decor is stylish. There's even a pool table. We sat on the terrace at the end of December and enjoyed the fantastic view. I had a really good cappuccino made with barley coffee and some delicious finger food. We'll be back!

14/02/2026: I only stayed one night, but everything was very positive, especially for my dog, who is a bit wary of people, but as soon as she entered the building, she immediately started wagging her tail and greeting a guy who works there. The welcome was super great. I slept great, and my dog ​​slept peacefully too. This morning (today) I brought her with me to breakfast, and since it was just me and the lady who runs the inn, she told me I could leave her alone, so she snooped around a bit and immediately made friends with the owner. It was all really welcoming and peaceful, an ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle, just what I needed. I'm truly satisfied with this mini stay, but I felt truly at home and respected. I will definitely return this spring or summer because it's truly a magical and peaceful place. Abundant breakfast and very fair prices. Thank you so much, truly ❤️

20/11/2025: I was passing through Verona and was looking for a place to have a quiet lunch, perhaps something traditional. My Google Maps search found Osteria Dogana Vecia, which immediately inspired me, so I decided to give it a try. I showed up without a reservation and, fortunately, found a table. The menu doesn't offer a wide variety of dishes, but the selection is "traditional." I decide to order the ricotta gnocchi with truffle cream, which turns out to be soft, tasty, and satisfying. I'm hungry, and since it looks like a long day, I also dive into the second course of the chicken alla scaligera. Another pleasant surprise that I'm positively impressed with, even though I'm not a fan of raisins. I skipped dessert because there's a limit to everything, but even then, the offer was tempting. I get up, pay €36, and leave, complimenting myself on the excellent lunch. I'm more than satisfied with the meal and the experience at the restaurant. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!

14/02/2026: Unfortunately, the evening was ruined by the choice of seafood. The mussels were old and unpresentable, the seafood salad was mediocre, and the seafood risotto was made with the same ingredients. The only positive note was the waitress, who has been working there for a few years and is always kind, professional, and attentive. She immediately noticed that the mussels weren't right, apologized, and went to the kitchen. Unfortunately, another dish of mussels similar to the first came out. Finally, the girl at the cash register, with a smile, let me know that she had heard about the "problem" and advised me of a discount on the mussels. I would have preferred it if she had told me that, given the state of things, the mussels were removed. Unprofessional. I admit, I'm a former restaurant manager and still work in the industry. Maybe I'll return for the view, the courtesy of the waitress, and the pizzas, which seemed quite well-prepared.

02/01/2026: We went to Peschiera with friends for a few days and ate here three times. The business menu is very reasonable, but the à la carte options are also excellent value. The pizza is also great, and the staff is courteous and friendly.

Delicious sandwiches, paninis, and brioches. Excellent coffee, too. Plus, there's a wide selection of bottled wines. When I'm in the area, Corsini is always my first choice!

We organized an event, which was quite a budget-friendly affair, but we all left without having eaten almost anything or even drank any quality wine (just water). The restrooms were inadequate, with only one disabled bathroom for men and women. We will never return and will not recommend it to friends and family. Aside from the view and the greenery, I highly recommend it.
