15/06/2025: Currently closed for construction, which may take some time due to the building's structure. It's actually quite nice here, but maintaining the website and informing potential guests is also part of doing good business.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately when we arrived at the hut it was closed, but it will reopen soon with new management (June 2025). Beautiful place with a magnificent view of the southern part of Lake Garda. The weather was not the best but with a clear day I imagine it would be enchanting!!! The walk is pleasant starting from the departure of the Prada-costabella lift. The road to take is further downstream from the parking lot!

14/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in tre (due adulti e una bambina di 4 anni). Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti e tre primi, tra cui una semplice pappardella burro e parmigiano per nostra figlia, richiesta fuori menù. La serata è stata davvero piacevole: il cibo buono, il servizio cordiale e attento da parte delle ragazze in sala. Purtroppo, al momento del conto, siamo rimasti un po’ delusi nel vedere che la pasta per la bambina è stata fatta pagare a prezzo pieno, esattamente come i piatti più elaborati (pappardelle al cinghiale e paccheri al pesto di pistacchi e guanciale). In generale, esperienza positiva, ma attenzione a questi dettagli che possono far storcere il naso. Forse torneremo, ma senza figli. Totale 73€

30/04/2025: Auténtica comida italiana frecuentada por lugareños y turistas. Reservamos en línea para 7. 30 & fue cálidamente recibido y mostrado a nuestra mesa. Las rebanadas de algunos de los jamones más sabrosos pronto nos esperaban en la mesa, junto con algunos panecillos frescos. Tanto mi esposa y yo pedimos el lomo de ternera, patatas al horno y ensalada mixta como platos principales. La carne de res fue uno de los mejores filetes que hemos probado, la ensalada era excelente y las patatas cocinadas a la perfección. Ambos tenemos entonces el Tiramasu casero - que también era excepcional. Hay un hermoso bibes al lugar, el señor que parece al propietario / gerente fue atento y acogedor. Se siente como un restaurante familiar que tiene un enfoque real en la comida fresca casera y a precios razonables. No dudaría en ir de nuevo.

26/06/2025: Beautiful location. Strategic for hikers passing through the Ponte di Veia. Outdoor space for quick snacks, inside daily menu or à la carte. Old-fashioned service, attentive to making you feel good. Interesting specialties (I took the fettuccine with truffle and parmesan), excellent. Well done.

08/06/2025: End of year class pizza with pizza round. 10 people at the table. 6 pizzas were brought in 3 hours 6 bottles of water 3 bottles of 0.5 of beer. Pizza without the possibility of choice and the same for the beer (In practice they proposed only one type of beer in the face of various requests). Pizza flavors: 2 Marinara with anchovies, 2 sausage with potatoes and gorgonzola and a sort of capricciosa.(2). Dessert €6 x about 0.15 cc of panna cotta with strawberries Spent €25 each. If they had at least given us the possibility of choosing the pizza and one pizza each, it would have been more acceptable. After they took away our dishes and brought the list of desserts (2.5 hours after the start of dinner), they asked us if the pizza had been enough... When we answered "no", amazed, they proposed another 2 pizzas for 10 people, saying that they would bring plates and forks again. This is the first time I write a review but I have never had a similar situation. The price is not worth it, at least with group pizzas. I'm sorry but I didn't find the correct behavior. NB. Children's table 8 children and 7 pizzas. Maybe they are not suitable for managing school class pizzas.

01/06/2025: Ho ordinato una costata al sangue e quando mi è arrivata l'odore che emanava era molto cattivo. La carne non aveva un sapore sgradevole in bocca ma non sono riuscito a finire il piatto per la puzza e ripeto puzza che emanava.

23/06/2025: Unfortunately I have to say that for the first time I got up from the table still hungry. Because usually when you order a mixed grill you can't even finish it all... in this case no... the saddest mixed grill ever. On the plate only 3 pieces of meat and that's it.

01/06/2025: Affordable and well-known trattoria. It keeps its promises. It offers fixed-price menus with the possibility of choosing between various dishes. Good and genuine.

16/06/2025: During our short vacation on Lake Garda, we visited a few pizzerias. The best pizza for our taste was at La Formica. Each of the four of us had a different "flavor," and everyone was completely satisfied. And, unlike at the other pizzerias, here, after asking for "tanto aglio," we were given fresh garlic in olive oil to help ourselves! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great! The prices are absolutely reasonable!

14/06/2025: We were looking for a restaurant that opened before 6 p.m. and finally stumbled upon this one. All the tables were free, and the waitress (or the manager?) greeted us warmly without immediately forcing us to sit down. We were allowed to choose a table outside; it was nicely shaded, and cars drove by every now and then, but it was still quite quiet and pleasant. We immediately felt at home, and the man who served us was super friendly and humorous. My mother wanted extra garlic on her pizza, and we were immediately offered a bowl of garlic oil, which was perfect for us. The pizza was the best we ate there during our week-long vacation. The prices were very fair considering the touristy and central location. The wait was very short (but we were also the only guests), and the restrooms were very spacious and clean. All in all, a very pleasant and recommendable stay.
