Risotto all'Amarone was a little undercooked, but the flavor was excellent, as was the truly delicious braised beef. The cured meats appetizer was a bit sparse. Beautiful location in a charming village. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

13/10/2025: Google makes me rate the rooms instead of the food, but we still had a great meal and it's worth the trip. Highly recommended! The owners are lovely, especially the mother.

05/11/2025: For me, this is one of the most unique Osterias I've tried in recent years. Its uniqueness lies in the intimate atmosphere, with only a limited number of seats (about 20). The host/chef certainly creates a good connection with the diners, and the dishes are simple yet carefully crafted and absolutely delicious. At lunchtime, you can choose the à la carte menu, while in the evening, there's a surprise menu with a fixed price. When you book, they only ask if you have any specific food intolerances. I really like the atmosphere and the decidedly "old-school" portions. Highly recommended, but you need to book well in advance, especially on weekends.

02/11/2025: It was not a great experience. The old man was only talking in Italian, he almost did not want to let us pay by card - we needed to help him use the machine. The pizza I asked for was spicy although it was not shown on the menu. At least the margarita and the one with mushrooms was OK. Not good but not really bad either. But! The worst service, like ever! The guy started to serve the locals during our ordering. Then, we ordered, and he took the slices to the back part of the shop, where the boxes were - and came out without them, to serve some more locals / Italians. After they chatted, he remembered that we were still there and served us. What a ****head! Never experienced anything like this before in Italy. And we even had a baby with us, but he did not care, he made us wait anyway.

21/10/2025: The lasagna was excellent, but the broth with the livers was modest, sparse and flavorless. The rabbit was excellent. The price was quite high for the location and the restaurant.

11/10/2025: The staff was rushed to seat us and take our orders. We then ordered two shanks, which we noticed had been reheated. Let's just say it's not my cup of tea as a place.

10/10/2025: An excellent family-run trattoria, ideal for those who want to enjoy authentic, high-quality dishes in a welcoming, informal atmosphere. The menu changes daily, always offering new options prepared to order with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Service is quick yet attentive, with a staff always smiling and attentive. Given the large number of guests at midday, reservations are recommended. The sorbet is also excellent! Highly recommended for a business lunch!

30/09/2025: Low prices, excellent food, and excellent, very friendly service. Both the dips and the tigelle are exceptional, and the cured meats are top-notch. Here you can eat well and enjoy the view of the lake in a place that makes you feel at ease. And to think that in the beginning, there were only a few tables inside, yet after more than 25 years of knowing it, it's always a pleasure to go there.

04/10/2025: Another good carbonara at a reasonable price right on the lake shore. A pinch of pepper and salt was all it needed. The pizza was also good, with good, fresh ingredients. I recommend it.

30/09/2025: Couldn’t fault our experience in any way. It was the only restaurant in the area that charged us a ‘cover’ fee but it was only €2 a person so nothing horrendous. They had one of the best selections of Pizzas in the area that we had seen. Excellent food and excellent service - thank you.

29/10/2025: Trattoria Campostrini is a timeless place where you can find excellent freshly cooked mountain gnocchi and a friendly, attentive staff. We recommend taking the opportunity to try it if you're in the area.
