The room is lovely. The food is simply superb and the service is excellent. We are absolutely thrilled!

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. All the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive. The welcome was particularly warm, which immediately put us at ease. The view was splendid, the room very comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and of high quality. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and hospitality. An exceptional place that we highly recommend.

Beautiful location and attentive staff. However, some details could be improved to make it even more welcoming. We spent one night in a quadruple room (two adults and two children) with breakfast (excellent despite the buffet featuring only cold options). Some touches were very welcome (reserved parking space with a name), while other things left us a bit perplexed (a €15 charge for a crib—never seen this before, as cribs are generally included in the room price, given that it was a quadruple room and there were four of us... so we hadn't requested an extra bed, just adequate accommodations for a child under 2). The drinks menu in the garden had outdated prices, and therefore the aperitif bill was a bit of a surprise. The dinner options (at the Osteria or the adjacent Pizzeria/Osteria S. Mattia) are very good, but again, a missed opportunity because Relais guests aren't even offered the 5-10% discount that all hotels usually offer for those who stay overnight and choose to dine there. Ultimately, a good scenic option just outside Verona, but with some ups and downs in terms of guest service, due to decisions by the management that seem short-sighted to me.

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. What we liked: The room was spacious on the first floor. Breakfast was typical Italian with everything we could have wished for. Unlimited coffee was available. We brought our small dog, which worked out perfectly. He could run around in the hotel's olive groves. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating to small special requests. Excellent value for money. We stayed there in March 2026. What we didn't like: The hotel's electric car charging station unfortunately didn't work during our stay. We were told that the technician couldn't come for several days. This was inconvenient, as charging electric cars in Italy can be somewhat difficult due to blocked or broken charging stations.

Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. A 20-minute drive from the city center. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Parking was available. Large garden. Restaurant and pizzeria on site. The breakfast was also delicious.

The staff is young, professional, and never intrusive. The prices are reasonable for the quality and ambiance. The wine list is also excellent! We will definitely be back.
