10/08/2024: Very simple restaurant, offering traditional dishes, but which I found not particularly well cooked. The internal room is dark and quite oppressive, with all the windows obscured by thick, dark curtains, without the slightest bit of light filtering through, the external space is pleasant and with a pleasant view of the hills. I'm not from the area and I definitely won't be going back.

15/07/2024: Ieri a pranzo su consiglio di conoscenti ci siamo recati qui. Abbiamo preso 2 primi: tortellini di Valeggio-discreti- e tagliatelle al ragù non degne di nota. Il ragù abbastanza buono ma le tagliatelle insapori e sembravano neppure fatte in casa, anzi molto industriali. Di secondo una tagliata-buona- e un vitello tonnato - carne tenera- ma la salsa chiaramente da vasetto del supermercato. Come contorno abbiamo scelto i pomodori gratinati - in tutto 4 pezzetti-, che di gratinato non avevano nulla. Erano quasi crudi e con un po' di pane inzuppato nel liquido del pomodoro stesso. Sicuramente il forno lo ha visto di passaggio. Con 1/2 litro di vino e 1 acqua la spesa è stata di Euro 60,00. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è negativo e soprattutto pagare un coperto Euro 3,00 a persona con un pacchettino di grissini e un cestino di pane comune è veramente troppo. Nota: sul menu il vitello tonnato era 9,00 e lo abbiamo pagato 10,00 e il contorno era 4,00 e lo abbiamo pagato 5,00.

01/09/2024: MAI PIU '. Il locale si presenta in una posizione meravigliosa, terrazza invitante e vista piacevole. Il parcheggio distante . ( Potrebbe passare). Piatti ben cucinati e presentati. Servizio scarso. All'arrivo chiedo dell'acqua che è arrivata dopo 15 Min. Con un cameriere privo di sorriso e atteggiamento infastidito. (Ok) Chiedo del pane e un piatto mai arrivato (ok). Ordino antipasto e primo , per il secondo ci penso; il cameriere con la solita espressione risponde la cucina chiude tra un ora(quindi?) . ( Va bene ci penso) (-4) , dopo il primo chiedo dell'acqua al cameriere passano 10 Min chiedo ad una cameriera, altri 5 Min per bere. (-5) ,, quindi per bere devo interrompere il pasto. Arriva il secondo richiedo dell' acqua , passano altri 6/7 Min, il cameriere porta un vassoio con l'acqua insieme ad altre bevande prenotate da altri . (-6) . Momento del dessert. Camerieri con vista a tunnel. Aspetto 10 Min. La lista dei dolci; il cameriere in sala che fa il piacione ad un tavolo con tre ragazze. Mentre continuo a fare cenno. NULLA. Mi alzo pago il conto alla cassa . Tutto bene ? No spiego il motivo. Risposta mi dispiace, ma non è scattato neanche . le faccio portare subito il dessert o le offro un caffè per rimediare .. nulla di nulla . Mi dispiace , mi dispiace. La risposta. Il caffè e il dessert l,ho consumato in un bar del centro. Si sceglie il ristorante per la qualità del cibo, per l'eleganza e la bellezza del posto ma quando manca il servizio pur pagando il dovuto rimane solo l'amaro in bocca. Grazie

22/06/2024: Siamo stati in questo albergo pernottando 2 notti, ottima camera e pulizia e colazione. Abbiamo cenato la prima serata e seguito ottima esperienza abbiamo deciso di cenare anche la seconda. Ottimo cibo, personale cortese e preparato, che dire… tutto ottimo!!!

06/08/2024: I went to this restaurant because my parents met it and together with them we had a nice Florentine steak. A little hidden, but worth it. The side dishes and the staff disappointed me a little, but I'm sure there is always room for improvement.

14/07/2024: Siamo in una cornice stupenda, direttamente sul lago. Abbiamo ordinato tutti dei primi piatti: -spaghetti allo scoglio -tagliolini al nero di seppia con sugo di trota, piselli e zafferano -tagliatelle verdi con gamberoni e gocce di burrata -spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino Non so descrivere quanto siano buoni questi piatti. Uno meglio dell'altro. Un'esperienza da estasi. Lo chef é davvero spaziale, di un altro pianeta. Il cameriere Mimmo simpaticissimo e gentilissimo. E niente... voglio tornare di nuovo

07/08/2024: We (young couple) stayed there for 6 nights and dined there twice. To the hotel: - the location is unbeatable, right on the lake, although the "lake view" from the terrace/balcony can be described as more of a euphemism - Overall, the hotel is in need of minimal renovation, the style is a bit more old-fashioned, beds are OK - but the service is excellent, the cleaner cleans extremely well every day and all towels are changed etc. - Breakfast and other things were also good for the price To the restaurant: - a little more decadent, as the view from the outside might suggest - for example, we were always served excellently, but were also there in appropriately chic evening wear. So I can imagine that not everyone will be treated there at all times (as already mentioned in other reviews) as we were on our two evenings - Food is tasty and sometimes very tasty, but prices are also a bit more expensive. Coperto moderately high In conclusion: A nice, quiet and relaxed hotel in a top location with idyllic scenery right on the doorstep, very good connections to infrastructure and the like and many options in the immediate vicinity and a hotel restaurant that is quite impressive in the mid-range area, although it is in the town should give some hotter insider tips.

28/08/2024: My favourite restaurant in Garda. This family business is a true hidden gem, serving traditional rustic Veronese dishes made with love. Escape the crowds in the tourist traps in the front and have an authentic meal here. The wild boar pasta, ragù, ravioli burro e salvia and spaghetti with clams and mussels were all amazing, as were the tiramisu, panna cotta, apple tart and especially the torta della nonna. Very reasonable prices, including the delicious house wine. We ate there three times in a week and loved it. Grazie mille!
