Quick service for a drink. The beer was nice and cold.
The service was friendly and fast.
Everyone got a bowl of chips with their drink, but we didn't.
The waiter who handled the bill was rude for insisting on a tip when settling the bill.
11/06/2026: I earnestly ordered a typical Aperol Spritz... the glass was poorly washed and the drink was bad. Poor service, ugly furniture. I wouldn't return.

The waiters are unmotivated and unfriendly.
The food is extremely expensive, and there's absolutely no value for money.
Our bread basket was taken away even though my husband was still eating.
A 0.33l Coke Zero costs €8 – and of course, these drinks aren't listed on the menu.
It's a complete rip-off, and done in a very unpleasant way.
25/05/2026: Food was fine but not worth what they are charging, a Veg soup for €20, small bottle of water z€8 and the service was average at best …. On top of that they charge a 15% service charge, much better quality food, service and value available elsewhere in Venice.

09/05/2026: The staff were unpleasant and unwelcoming to tourists. The food was subpar, and the rooms were reminiscent of a retirement home. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

16/06/2026: We had a quick gelato. Good & creamy icecream, maybe a tad sweeter than at other places, try the Nutella flavour. Very friendly service, we cannot understand the bad reviews of other people.

18/05/2026: I visited the restaurant in May 2025 and I really loved the atmosphere. The view over the water was absolutely amazing and created a very relaxing experience. I had a pizza along with a glass of wine, and everything was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon and I would definitely recommend it.

08/12/2025: The service was appalling; they only speak Italian, and because they didn't understand me, they were incredibly rude, especially one dark-haired woman. What an unpleasant and disrespectful woman! Go further down the road and definitely avoid this place.
07/12/2025: We stopped for coffee and a small panettone, and it was very good. Everything was delicious, and the girl was very friendly.

13/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Don't even bother going there. It's the worst restaurant we've ever been to.
They can't even make a Margherita pizza, which is ridiculous for an Italian restaurant.
The pizza was indigestible; after this meal, I felt nauseous and had digestive problems.
The escalopes weren't fresh and were way overcooked.
And the staff is unwelcoming once you're seated...
The "tourist menu" is a tourist trap.
This restaurant claims to be a trattoria, since its sign at the time of our visit read "Trattoria da Michele." But the dishes served bore no resemblance to the dishes we saw on Google under the name "Trattoria da Michele."

30/05/2026: I ate here several times last year, but this year I was really disappointed because the sauces aren't included with the fries and kebab. They come in small packets for 50 cents, which is shameful for such a high price. There's no paper in the bathroom, and they give you two small kitchen towels. Plus, they've removed the outdoor seating because it's so hot it's killing you.
The staff is very rude and unfriendly.
Overall, it's good, but they're cheap.

06/05/2026: Porcini mushroom and sausage pizza. All the porcini mushroom oil was in the pizza... runny. The flavors were nonexistent.
What a shame...there were only a few of us inside...they could have done better.
05/05/2026: Great welcome, excellent pizza. Reasonable prices. Efficient and fast. I honestly don't understand the negative comments... clean and well-organized place, friendly and helpful staff.
