17/04/2025: Para nuestra última cena en Venecia, hicimos reservas en Muro Frari, convenientemente ubicado cerca de nuestro Airbnb en San Polo. Estaba decidido a disfrutar de un gluten más - pizza gratis antes de irnos - y este lugar no decepcionó! La carta de pizzas es extensa, con tantas combinaciones creativas que fue difícil elegir. Finalmente me decanté por el gluten - Road Pizza sin gluten, cubierto con mozzarella, tomates secos, pistacho y stracciatella - una mezcla única y deliciosa de cremoso, salado y crujiente. La corteza libre de gluten estaba bien hecha, y aprecio la atención a la preparación. Tanto si eres celíaco como si simplemente quieres una divertida noche de pizza con estilo local, Muro Frari es una gran elección.

16/04/2025: Sono stato al muro ai frari numerose occasioni, sia a mangiare e sia a prendere pizze da asporto. Qualità ottima e prezzi in linea con Venezia. Consigliatissimo!!

27/09/2024: Die Lage am Kanal ist schön, der Hauswein ist gut. Wir bestellten Kabeljau und haben ihn als sehr kleine Portion auf Papptellern (!) serviert bekommen (11,50 und 12,00 Euro).Die bestellten Salate haben wir nicht bekommen. Wollten wir dann auch nicht mehr, haben dann woanders eine Pizza gegessen, um satt zu werden.

27/09/2024: One of the worst meals ever. The food- mini portions that seem to be out of the ordinary. They came in the microwave and were served on paper plates (!)! The salad we ordered was forgotten. Went out to eat again afterwards. We ended up there because the location right on the canal is very nice.

26/03/2025: You can't go to Zattere without getting a gianduiotto from Nico! The cream is soft and light, the gianduiotto has little pieces of hazelnut that create a magnificent contrast... Mmmh delicious! If you then enjoy it while looking at the surrounding landscape, sitting on a dock in the sun, the day becomes more beautiful.

08/12/2024: Aquí hay una reseña basada en su descripción: Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en este restaurante. El menú era engañoso y no coincidía con lo que realmente se ofrecía. Los precios eran mucho más altos de lo esperado, y la comida estaba lejos de ser agradable. Los sabores eran suaves, y los platos no cumplían con los estándares que esperaba. En general, estaba muy insatisfecho con la comida y la relación calidad-precio. No voy a volver.

29/03/2025: Il cibo è mangiabile, molto tradizionale. Non troppo curato. Normale senza spinta. Il servizio è da rivedere. Bicchiere versato sulle gambe di un commensale. Forchette buttate sulla tavola senza logica,cameriera che ti dà del tu e si innervosisce senza motivo. Non vengono servite prima le signore, ma uno dietro l’altro come in batteria! Credo si possa migliorare.

21/10/2024: GROM es una famosa gelatina en Venecia, así como en toda Italia. Como está escrito en la entrada, aquí se puede encontrar helado como se hacía antes. Yo también lo intenté. Naturalmente, no sé cómo se hacía el helado en Venecia, así que no tengo un término de comparación. Fue bueno, no digo que no lo fuera, pero tampoco me impresionó.

Understandably the tourism industry can wear on you after a while, but most of the jobs that exist in Venice and the survival of the city are as a result of this industry. If you cannot deal with that, quit and find a new line of work that is more suitable to your manner.
