13/10/2025: I've seen three negative reviews of this place that were posted with malicious intent, and I'm here to refute them. I was fortunately present at the time of the incident, and I consider it malicious intent to damage the reputation of a great bar with impressive human qualities. A guy went to the bathroom and upon exiting, grabbed a water from the fridge and went to what one of the bar owners who was near the bathroom said to him, "Excuse me, have you paid for the water?" The guy replied, "Yes." The owner asked the cashier to confirm that he did pay, and the owner told the guy, "Excuse me, thank you." However, I see in the comments that the protagonist of the events and his friends are exaggerating in a malicious way, claiming it was racism because of the guy's skin color, which was not the case. I was near one of the owners, and from his position, there is a column next to the register, so he was unable to see when the guy first went to the register and paid for the water. Of course it was a confusion that has nothing to do with racism but with being attentive to your business because more than one person (regardless of their skin color) has taken a product without paying, alleging racism is disproportionate and even more so calling for the closure of the business for a minor incident, I understand that the guy felt attacked but if he were an empathetic and conscious person he would understand. I consider the H369 bar my favorite bar in Jesolo where the first thing they strive for is to have excellent attention and service, they always have a smile, and their cocktails are undoubtedly the best in Jesolo.

31/08/2025: I go into the bar and buy a water. The owner with a mean look stops me and says, "Hey, where did you get that water?" I answer, "At the bar," and he asks, "Did you buy it?" I'm perplexed and say, "Yes." After I said yes, not happy, my chest puffed out, he was coming towards me with a stern face and asking, "Are we sure?" I wink, speechless, shrug my shoulders and tell him, look at the cashier... the cashier looks at him and nods as if to say yes, he paid me... I left with a nervous look.

09/03/2026: I ordered a polenta cake, asking for a small change, and it was granted immediately! The women at the counter were incredibly kind and friendly. So, since the locals already know the quality of this bakery/pastry shop, I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Caorle. Excellent and honest. 😉

04/09/2025: The food wasn't bad. Fresh ingredients. We had a large salad and a mixed fried fish platter. We ate on the beach. The food is prepared in the restaurant and then brought to the beach, served in paper containers. My only complaint is that the prices are the same, and especially the fried seafood doesn't match the photo on the menu. It looks like a normal plate of fried food, but it's almost half the size in a cardboard box. I think they could lower the prices a bit (€20 for fried food). And you only drink from recycled plastic cups. I can't give it more than three stars.

23/08/2025: Just popped in for a water and a little to eat (panino and caprese), turned out that the food was bad (chips were made in old frying fat, the tomato was without taste) and the whole thing was expensive. They charged 2 coperti (€ 4,60) for sandwich and water. Hey you are definitely NOT a fine restaurant

18/01/2026: I may have visited at a bad time or on the wrong day, but although Google Maps showed this place as open, the restaurant was completely closed when I arrived. The interior also looked abandoned, with objects scattered around in an empty space, and it did not seem like the business would be reopening anytime soon. The location is not particularly convenient either. It is tucked away in a residential area along the coast of Lido, so making the trip only to find it closed is a waste of valuable sightseeing time. I would not recommend visiting based on my experience. If you still plan to go, I strongly suggest checking official sources for up-to-date information in advance.

15/10/2025: I understand that there's no staff this season... However, paying for the service, which is half the price, is at the table without trays. Food served in cans like a picnic (small portions)... We were very disappointed; there are better places.

09/03/2026: This place's only asset is its location. A €12 spritz was truly awful; being a former bartender, I immediately suspected it was something pre-made or perhaps mixed with other ingredients. A €6 Schweppes Lemon and a platter of 6 or 7 bruschettas for €25. The food wasn't even bad—truth knows truth—but the prices are completely off the charts. Poor tourists who end up here without knowing it. Totally boycotted.

09/03/2026: I tried their pistachio brownie and I was disappointed. The counter display was appealing but the bakery isn’t as good as I expected. There are better options to try in Venice at much more reasonable prices

06/01/2026: We had a reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Eve. However, upon arrival, we were not shown to our reserved table; instead, we were given a random, available table without regard for our reservation. When ordering, we were informed that a minimum of two dishes per person was mandatory. We accepted this and then began to wait. After 60 minutes, only an appetizer plate was served. After a total of 90 minutes of waiting, and despite several requests, our food still hadn't arrived, even though we had only ordered spaghetti. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy at the time, so this long wait is completely incomprehensible to us. The service staff also seemed unprofessional, consistently avoiding eye contact and barely responding to our inquiries. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. We informed them that we would leave if the food didn't arrive within two minutes. Since nothing was served, we got up and left. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. When it became clear that we were actually going to leave the restaurant, the staff became very pushy and at times aggressive, which we found extremely unpleasant. In the end, they wanted us to pay €61 for just a glass of wine. To end the situation quickly, we paid; however, we received neither a comprehensible explanation nor a discount. After this experience, I now understand why the Google reviews are so low. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have ignored them.

31/12/2025: The food is really not good, frozen and undercooked. We were very disappointed with the New Year's Day meal, which included inedible shellfish. The service is very slow, forcing you to order at least two courses to be served (the restaurant wasn't very full...). In short! If you're a traditionalist, don't go; you'll be disappointed by what I consider to be the best Italian cuisine 🫣 (which I absolutely love). Summary: 🤮
