11/01/2026: If anyone from the management of Harry’s Bar or the Cipriani group happens to read this, you seriously need to reconsider what this location has become. Customers walk in with expectations…expectations of refinement, professionalism, and a certain old-world charm. Instead, what you get is arrogance, neglect, and staff that appear completely untrained and unfit for the role they are in. Over the years, this specific location has clearly lost whatever prestige it once had. Not because of the food or the pricing, but because the people running the floor have stripped it of any sense of hospitality. Prestige is not something you inherit forever—it has to be upheld. And right now, it simply isn’t!

19/06/2025: Eravamo alla ricerca di un locale tipico e abbiamo scelto in base alle recensioni. Il locale è situato di fronte alla stazione di questo piccolo paesino. Esternamente non si capisce quanto sia accogliente e curato all’interno. Il menù propone piatti interessanti. Tutto quello che abbiamo provato (spaghetti alle vongole, gnocchi con ragù di germano, zuppa di cozze) era molto buono e le porzioni abbondanti. Siamo stati coccolati con altri ottimi assaggi e l’attenzione dell’oste. Tovagliato di stoffa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

05/01/2026: We stayed here in December and we had a beautiful big room on the 2nd floor corner and our adult kids in another room which was enough for them to sleep in. Rooms are dated and after coming from Rome where the hotel was fabulous and modern. Staff were very lovely and booked a water taxi for us to get to the airport. Well worth the money spent. I'd stay here again.

18/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for two nights in Venice, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The room was tiny, furnished in a dated way, and so small we couldn't even open our suitcases. The bed, advertised as a double, was actually too small for two people, barely enough for one. The bathroom was also truly uncomfortable: tiny, with barely any legroom, and the shower without a gasket leaked everywhere, making it impossible to keep the floor dry. Furthermore, the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to sleep with the windows open, finding ourselves battling mosquitoes. There's practically no reception at the entrance, and the welcome was a bit improvised. The only positives of the stay: the breakfast, which was really good and plentiful, and the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. It's a shame, because with a little maintenance and care, this place could have so much more potential.

13/09/2025: Our vacation lasted seven days. On the first day, we ate at a different restaurant, and on the second day, we ate here. I can only say that from Monday to Saturday, we only ate at this grill. Everything was perfect; the waiters speak German, Italian, and English, and there's a Romanian, but the chef is also Romanian. Everything was perfect for us. We hope to have the same waiters next year.

12/09/2025: A very nice place with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The only drawback was that we sat outside, and there's an arcade next door, so it was a bit noisy. The food was delicious; there was gnocchi al ragu, spaghetti cacio pepe, and a steak, all cooked to perfection. We would gladly return here anytime.

31/12/2025: A terrible experience upon arrival. Access isn't accessible for wheelchair users, although you can still somehow get in, making it extremely uncomfortable for the wheelchair-bound person. As for the food, the clam and mussel soup in red sauce was deemed good, spaghetti alla busara was passable, as were the clam saghetti. The seafood risotto was basically overcooked rice pudding with shrimp and then shellfish. The wait was endless. In defense of everything, the risottos weren't included in the price, even though I'd finished it anyway due to hunger and stomach issues all day. Aside from the table for five, our table of about thirty people certainly didn't fill the place. I'm not criticizing the food, but I'm positive about wheelchair access. I don't know about the bathroom accessibility. It's a positive in the square.

22/07/2025: Helt gjennomsiktig turistfelle.. Grei service, maten smakte godt, men entrecôten var 5mm tykk og godt gjennomstekt. En god entrecôte er 3 fingre tykk, og servere entrecôte under 2 fingre i tykkelse skulle være forbudt. Det er også helt unødvendig å spørre om du vil ha den medium stekt, når den er 5mm tykk. Den er uansett gjennomstekt når den treffer grillen.

20/07/2025: Sono stata nel 2022 pagato una follia 90€ antipasto due granseole e un filetto di branzino con una bottiglia di acqua naturale. Servizio lento e mal curato.

03/01/2026: A refined atmosphere, extremely kind and attentive staff! Excellent pizza, and next time we'll try the fish entrees! I recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place downtown where good food is guaranteed. See you soon...

28/12/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance. Good pizza. We returned to this pizzeria... the pizza is always good, but be careful with the extras... adding the Novarese-style speck cost us an extra €4.50 🤔

13/01/2026: This is a complicated place. A tourist trap and a hidden gem at the same time. We just went to the counter to order coffee and enjoyed it inside the bar. The coffee was excellent and prices reasonable.

03/01/2026: I was astonished by the boldness of the staff behind the counter. They asked us to take our cups back to the counter!! Commenting on how we should learn from foreigners! Absurd! But I say...do you know that the customer pays your salary? In Piazza San Marco??? I await an explanation. With an attitude like that, the future is beyond uncertain...

13/06/2025: This is the kind of restaurant where the locals eat. It appeared the staff knew their diners and treated all guests respectfully. It was recommended to us by numerous locals for its truly great Italian food. We walked in when it opened and it was full within a half of an hour. It's off the beaten path in an alley but well worth it. The food was fantastic and the service was great.

25/07/2025: Mangiare discreto. Servizio zero sala piena di fumo e per tre volte hanno lavorato le fiorentine a ridosso della nostra tavola schizzando i nostri abiti e riempiendo la Sal di fumo. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare al cameriere ci ha guardato con supponenza e con disprezzo. Abbiamo pagato e ce ne siamo andati. Se vuoi eseguire quel tipo di ristorazione devi avere gli spazzi e lavorare la carne a ridosso della tavola dove la servi. La piastra delle fiorentine schizzava olio e fumava hanno acceso anche gli aspiratori,ma siamo dovuto andare a casa a farci una doccia e cambiarci per continuare la serata
