03/01/2026: The male Asian waiter was extremely rude, and surprisingly problematic and racist since he is also foreigner in Venice, I won’t waste any more time writing down what happened but I got up and left which I never in my life did before at any restaurant. It was just bizarre.
27/12/2025: When we entered, the place was empty, and there was an unpleasant fishy smell, and these were the first warning signs. We also noticed that the tiramisu and desserts were together in the fridge with the meat.
We ordered two eggplant parmigiana and received two eggplants cut in half that had nothing to do with parmigiana: not even a hint of mozzarella, bland and watery, for €18 each. So after the appetizer, we ran away as fast as we could.
The only positive note was the professional waiter, but the cuisine needs a complete overhaul!!!! (I've attached a photo of the "parmigiana")

09/12/2025: A nice spot for a light breakfast and coffee.
I had egg and ham and toast, really tasty. Slightly expensive as I was charged the wrong amount based on the menu (only by 3 euros) but didn't notice til a little later.
I went back for more coffee as it's such a great spot.
Sadly they were closed today otherwise I would have gone back again
06/12/2025: Rude staff, they refuse to give us coffee and said when we sit to order something else he said we should go. Don’t go there, 50m away there’s a nice bar with nice atmosphere and staff

02/02/2026: Always top-notch, both in terms of food quality and service. Spectacular cuisine; a restaurant is judged by its cuisine... I've never seen such a clean kitchen.
01/02/2026: Excellent restaurant: beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and above all, everything was delicious!
The calamarata is exceptional! And also the baked sea bass with potatoes, the fried fish, the grilled fish....
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

16/11/2025: We arrive at 7:45 and the place is still empty. We order, but in the meantime other customers arrive and start serving people who arrived after us. We ask if they've forgotten about us, and they respond condescendingly. At 9, we still haven't seen a single dish, so we get up and leave. Unspeakable.

Truly excellent food and very helpful staff!
Highly recommended.

You can hear the music outside, but you can't hear it once you're inside.
The atmosphere inside is lovely 💓
You pay for the atmosphere. Everything is expensive! Amazing!
I ordered a Mont Blanc, but it was quite sweet for Japanese people. The tea was just average 🫖
10/11/2025: Undoubtedly a centuries-old and legendary place for aesthetes, and against this background, prices are 4 times higher than in the average restaurant outside Venice; you might also be asked to pay 7 euros for the music)

In the window, coffee is listed at €2.
If you sit down and look at the menu, the same coffee costs €12.
The cover charge should be clearly visible in the window (and not just at the table).
26/01/2026: Terrible service. We waited 10 minutes and no one served us. The waiters walked past us without paying attention. A very disappointing experience, we were forced to go elsewhere.

22/01/2026: THE worst McDonalds on the planet. At this point just close this location, people here don't care about making t food. I have been to McDonalds in the US, Europe and Asia. In Europe probably at at least 20 locations including in countries: France, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, etc. And this McDonalds in Venice is the worst one so far! We went here as a joke and ended realizing that it is a horrid place. This location can't even make a Big Mac, let alone other dishes. Stay away if you like Maca's, this place will break your soul.
