Central place to have breakfast but too expensive! There are better places to have breakfast in Venice

Although it is not my favorite place when I am in these parts, every time I have entered I have been treated with great courtesy and friendliness. Honest prices, especially for the sandwiches and the cafeteria is good

A little disappointed.... Attracted by the window and the presence of Cannoli everywhere in Venice, I entered this little café by chance. The welcome was OK but the pastry was very, very, very sweet with a “chemical” taste...

We ordered a lemon canolo which wasn't that good. But the coffee, the milk shake and another pistachio sweet were good. Satisfactory service.

Everything is correct, except the price, €20 for two coffees with milk and two chocolate muffins, seems exaggerated to me.

Il caffè è delizioso e viene servito su un vassoio argentato, con una caraffa d’acqua e biscotti compresi nel prezzo del servizio. Varietà di dolci tipici e di bevande, atmosfera romantica. Il prezzo non è dei più economici ma lo trovo giusto rispetto alla qualità. Il mio bar del cuore in questa bella città.

Le restaurant est très beau, la décoration soignée. Le personnel est gentil. Nous avons bien mangé (pâtes carbonara italiennes).

My husband and I had dinner here on 9/1/2023. Our reservation was for 8:00 pm. It's busy so I'm glad we had made the reservation. We're taken to a nice table on the second floor which is nice as it's quieter up here. The menu has a good variety of items. Drinks-Lagunitas IPA beer and a glass of house white wine. A bread basket appears. I think the bread is what you get for the cover charge?? My husband ordered the parma ham and melon. It was incredible. Back home our melon has been bitter the last several years. Not this melon. So sweet-delicious! Richard loved his tasty and light meal. More room for the bread! I had the shrimp curry with vegetables and basmati rice. It was great. For dessert I went for the pan cotta as I've never had this before. It was yummy. beautifully plated and tasted even better. Good choices all around for dinner tonight. Cost 85€/$93.01.
