02/03/2026: A wonderful place that I have been visiting for over 30 years
22/02/2026: This is partly a camping place but mainly a Roman people camp! they are very loud, messy and have about 3 bicycle each all in permanent racks outside each tent.
they apparently live here and the pictures from campsite must be at least 3-4 years old.
bathroom facilities are just bad (token for hot water)
the laundry is one beaten up machine.
if your plan is to make someone dislike camping this is the place to go👍

05/09/2025: The restaurant is right on the main road toward Treporti. The menu is typical tourist fare, and the staff is moderately attentive.
I noticed that the Italian guests received an apron and napkins with their meals, as well as a bowl for their empty mussels. Unfortunately, I didn't.
The food was okay, but nothing special. All in all, unfortunately, it's too expensive, and I wouldn't recommend it.

29/03/2026: I booked the restaurant based on good reviews. The place is strange. The interior is paneled walls with plywood speakers on the walls. The short menu (available on the website) hinted at the high quality of each dish, but... the most expensive dish was fish for 30 euros (pictured), dry pieces the size of an appetizer... pasta with asparagus is slightly larger - no issues with it... the green salad is very modest - a small plate of lettuce leaves - no olive oil or balsamic on the tables... the concept is unclear.
16/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. Be sure to order the sea bass, which is cut with your order and marinated in Champagne. Excellent service and delicious food. We'll definitely be back!

14/02/2026: Disappointed with this hotel. It's definitely not worth 4 stars. The room was outdated, the door didn't close properly, there were stains on the walls, a torn lampshade, a leaking toilet, and one evening there was no hot water in the shower and the water flowed very slowly. You could hear the neighbors. The luggage storage is nonexistent since you leave your suitcases in the entrance; anyone can take your belongings. The reception was friendly enough, but nothing special. Only the location was good.
12/02/2026: The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all of Venice. It's just steps from St. Mark's Square, but in a quieter area, next to one of the canals. It's very easy to get there from the airport if you take the waterbus to the square.
The palatial-style rooms are incredibly comfortable and charming, and the staff is excellent, always ready to help. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I would definitely return.

11/05/2025: Posticino un po imboscato in una stradina laterale del centro storico di Mestre. Locale abbastanza grande e ottimo servizio. Abbiamo mangiato dei buonissimi cicchetti veneziani e un piatto di bigoli interessante
06/05/2025: Se le aconsejó que buscara Trattoria para probar la comida local. Estábamos en la zona y encontramos este restaurante que estaba escondido lejos de la zona principal.
Tenían menú en inglés con chef y recomendaciones más populares. El aperitivo del perro de mar y la mejilla de ternera guisada. El plato de la calle 1 era un plato de muestras que era muy bueno en términos de sabor y oportunidad de saborear una variedad de aperitivos locales.
La mejilla de ternera estaba muy tierna. La salsa usada era un poco pesada para los tomates, pero supongo que así les gusta a los italianos.

17/01/2026: We've been here twice now, and I can confirm that the pizza is very good! Simple but tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet, so you can have a relaxed chat. Plus, it's not far from the center, so you can take a nice walk to work off the calories. 😉

06/11/2025: The worst vacation of my life. The hotel was a disaster. The rooms are very simple, they need renovation. The water doesn't run every now and then. It's a 2* at most. The staff - I can't even describe it, whether in the dining room or in the "bar" as they call it. You have to ask for every meal and drink. The service at the bar is extremely unpleasant. The sea and beach are quite cool, the beach is huge, everyone finds their own place. The sea is ordinary, nothing special. You can't get anywhere without a car. I can't find anything positive, even if I wanted to. Travel agencies should refund at least half of the amount and apologize for the mistake.
06/10/2025: The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a beautiful, wide beach. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the bar staff. They acted as if they were owed everything and as if they owned the place. We ordered cocktails at the beach bar, and someone threw a drink on our table. Naturally, it spilled and stained our table. The guys working there are very unpleasant.

08/10/2025: By Italian standards, this is a really good, clean, and well-equipped hotel. The gluten-free food is excellent.
07/10/2025: The hotel is a bad joke, the food is disgusting. When we entered the room, we saw that the bathroom door had no lock. The bunk bed wobbled as if the person underneath it was going to be crushed in the night, and the smoke detectors went off as soon as you used deodorant. I strongly advise against staying there. Every positive review is based on the fact that good reviews get you dessert. It's a waste of time and money (the dessert was good).

07/10/2025: We returned after a year and found the same friendly and smiling staff.
On this short stay, we also brought our new four-legged friend. The room we booked, with a sea view, was comfortable, spacious, and functional. The bathroom was large and the shower was very spacious.
The breakfast was well-stocked with sweet and savory options.
Despite it being the last day of the seasonal opening, the level of service was excellent.

09/12/2025: A nice spot for a light breakfast and coffee.
I had egg and ham and toast, really tasty. Slightly expensive as I was charged the wrong amount based on the menu (only by 3 euros) but didn't notice til a little later.
I went back for more coffee as it's such a great spot.
Sadly they were closed today otherwise I would have gone back again
06/12/2025: Rude staff, they refuse to give us coffee and said when we sit to order something else he said we should go. Don’t go there, 50m away there’s a nice bar with nice atmosphere and staff

The owner is truly friendly and generous with advice.
The fish appetizer was delicious, followed by squid in ink on a bed of excellent white polenta.
Well done, we'll definitely remember and return!
20/11/2025: An intimate atmosphere, almost a secret treat, with traditional cuisine but with a contemporary feel. Family-run. The atmosphere makes for a serene yet elegant yet unpretentious treat. Even the staff are part of this special place, a hidden gem.
