24/05/2026: Hotel in a great location. Rooms are older but very clean, the floor maids are very kind, the restaurant is nice with live music, and the pool is large and clean.

22/02/2026: This is partly a camping place but mainly a Roman people camp! they are very loud, messy and have about 3 bicycle each all in permanent racks outside each tent. they apparently live here and the pictures from campsite must be at least 3-4 years old. bathroom facilities are just bad (token for hot water) the laundry is one beaten up machine. if your plan is to make someone dislike camping this is the place to go👍

17/02/2026: I was disappointed with my order. The first time, they didn’t cook the eggs Benedict properly, and the second time, they overcooked them. My food also took a long time to arrive, and the croissant had very little filling. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations.

01/08/2026: Firstly this is a totally racist place. They told us the tables by the water were reserved and never operated those table at all. Then they gave a table by the water to some white folks. Don’t go if you have brown skin. Secondly, they have a 12% service charge that is not disclosed. Totally unethical. Wont recommend unless you have white skin and like to pay hidden fees.

31/07/2026: Food was great! Pizza was great! Staff friendly! First place I ate in when I arrived in vennice and it is still the best pizza 4 days latter!

18/02/2026: The hotel has a fabulous location close to St Marks the Doges Palace and across from San Giorgio Maggiore and the vaporetto lines . We stayed 9 nights had views of the harbour and the canal from our room . Great team Alex Hammad, Kadeisha. Rodney Stephano and Vanessa and Jordy to look after your every need . Would go back in axheartbeat

28/01/2026: On ebookers, the rooms are supposed to be bright with multiple windows. We paid a lot for the room, but upon arrival, they gave us a room with only one window. On ebookers, it was stated that we could have breakfast in a room with a panoramic view... all of which was a lie. In reality, the breakfast room appeared to have no buffet. The continental breakfast was terrible. There is no restaurant in the hotel. In the room, there was no kettle or coffee maker. The television didn't work and was very old. The rooms are very dark. The curtains hadn't been washed in a long time, and the walls were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Yet, this is a 4-star hotel. They don't deserve it. Sorry to tell the truth. For the price we paid, the room was not worth it. On the ebookers website, the rooms are indicated as bright with multiple windows. When you turn on the camera, my only post is where a camera is placed with a single fine line. On this ebookers site, it will be indicated that you can travel to a room with a panoramic view... all of which is a bug. Afterwards, the colazione salad will be served as a buffet. The continental connection is declining. No, it's a ristorante in the hotel. Nella camera, non ci sono born bollitori born caffè. The television does not work and is not operated by any means. The camere sono molto buie. The sound does not tend to be at the same time and has matured sound. It is not convenient. Eppure, if it's a 4 star hotel. No meritano. I don't have to tell the truth. For the prezzo che abbiamo pagato, no vale la camera.

26/07/2026: No, not great. A grumpy student who says nothing, plunks your food down, and then doesn't even ask if you want dessert or coffee. They skipped the water too. In short, if you are looking for customer friendliness and service, this is definitely not the place to be.

07/08/2026: I had a Negroni that evening. It might have been the most expensive Negroni I've ever had. It was good and came with three small bowls of tortilla chips, olives, and peanuts. I didn't particularly like the peanuts, but the olives were really good, as were the chips. The service was very professional. There was also a classical music concert during the evening, which made the atmosphere even more special. It was an experience I'll always remember.

10/03/2026: On our last night, we decided to try pizza, and since there were no other places open nearby, we stopped in here. We were completely disappointed. We chose a Monte Santo pizza from the premium menu. And for the price, it didn't live up to what the menu said.

10/03/2026: I ordered a Capodimonte pizza and the pizza only had ham, crushed walnuts and sauce on it, but there were many more things described, and the taste seemed more like regular butter than pizza, even butter is tastier, unfortunately the pictures don't match the truth, but it's the same pizza on the Premium list

04/05/2025: While passing through on our way home we stopped at this historic pizzeria. First time after the change of management. Smaller menu but some historic pizzas remained and were very good. So good that we bought another one, something that never happens to us. Young and helpful staff. For sure if we pass through Gruaro we will stop again.

01/05/2025: I had booked 10 takeaway pizzas, we arrived at the agreed time, the place was almost empty and we still waited an hour. The pizzas were hard and small. I've eaten many pizzas in my life but like this one I hope it remains a bad memory of waiting an hour, among other things. I won't be going back
